I really enjoy the relaxing vibe and the nice people at Jenny’s Nails. She’s been in business longer than this reports because I started going here longer ago than 10 years. Prices are good and service is just what I’m looking for.

Second time coming here. Both times I got a gel mani, results were mediocre. Person I was with asked for acrylics, they gave her Gel-X instead without telling us beforehand. Service is OK. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here

Went in for a basic acrylic soak off. They did it correctly and fast as well! I can't speak for the actual nail work here but they forsure know the basics

it's cheap pricing but my nails are lumpy and there's air bubbles and didn't paint all of my nail it's just not good

Came here 9 am as it was opening time. Was waiting until 9:30 and no one showed up. Called and text to a business owner, no one even care to reply.I think it is a sign do not come here at all!

WARNING Do Not Go Here! The only reason why I am giving even a star is because at least my toes came out ok & I can't give no stars! Let's just say if state board walked in this place would be shut down because of how bad the sanitary conditions are! Not to mention that even if you have an appointment they will do their family members first after you have arrived so you will be sitting and waiting for 30 min to an hr for your service to continue as the pause to assist them instead of a paying customer. This nail salon is unbelievably unsanitary, nail clippings everywhere, nail instruments/ tools were not properly cleaned and they were communal. So this means if someone had fungus or what not in their nails when they used the tools, you now have it on yours! The pedicure bowls were beyond disgusting after sitting for a while you start to notice more and more how gross everything was kept! The lady that did my nails nicked me several times with dirty nippers. Yes I asked several times if I can just go and pay for the services that were already performed, unfortunately because I had tip's already glued on my nails I wasn't able to just leave. When it came time to have my calluses removed they brought out a massive Dremel from Lows with a sanding bit that is strictly used for wood working! She was adamant on using it on my feet!!! and I told her absolutely not! I'm absolutely stunned that they use that on people!! Not to mention the bit on it was beyond dirty!!!! That's a great way to get your feet infected and destroyed! The pumice stone that was used on me was not new , and I had asked for a clean one because they can't be properly sanitized. I had asked for Acrylic nails, just plain nude nails no design and from the start the guy doing my nails brought out (the dip powder)! I told him no I asked for acrylic. So because He screwed up I had to sit a complete extra 2 hrs have my nails redone because he ignored me asking for acrylic! I payed sadly 150 for dirty services and crap nails that were not even done correctly!

I all always get a great pedicure and of massage from Jenny's nail. They reasonably priced and easy location to get get to . I highly recommend Jenny's nails. Ty

Could be better but not as bad as reviews below are making it out to be! The issue here seems to be too many family members hanging out in the shop and customers not feeling very comfortable due to that. Jenny is friendly and funny so give her a chance.

Spend sometime in the spa chair and for $40, Alli and Ben provide a relaxing experience in Laguna Niguel. Alli gives the best foot massage that is included in the pedicure. I like to add in a neck massage and Ben definitely delivers a solid treatment.

nothing positive about this place at all! dirty, tools not sanitized. my toe nails were cut beyond short and nail polish left on my skin around my too! told them i was not happy. and they said nothing. just starting speaking in chinese to each other. worst experience in a nail salon.

I like it because Alex is quick and efficient. I got a full set in 45 minutes. Peaceful atmosphere, close to the car wash-multi-taskers dream come true. The price was good too
