Be very careful when dropping dry cleaning off here. ASK how much they charge for their services. I got really screwed, the charge for 14 pieces came out to $111.55. Just normal dry cleaning, (one cashmere sweater) and three laundered shirts. I won't be going back

Best cleaners in Orange County!!! Don't look somewhere else! I been going to Min the owner for about 8 years already in both locations Costa Mesa and Laguna Niguel now. Always get the best service their super friendly doing amazing work always on time and prices are very fair. They always try to accommodate my needs in case I need anything fast and I have it the next day! Thank you so much Min for many years of amazing service!

I’ve used dry cleaning services. The new owners offer fantastic customer service and take pride in their service. Also used their otter cleaners for almost 20 years.

Very rude owners and staff. I asked for shirt to be laundered. Come to pick and they said it was dry cleaned and I needed to pay for dry cleaning price. Make sure to ask them to write down the price when you go to drop off. They're not honest people.Service: Laundry pick-up

So sad that this family never recovered after the pandemic. We always paid cash which they appreciated. Unfortunately, the prices increased 50% with no explanation, the quality of the cleaning diminished, etc. after years and years of patronizing this establishment we found out it sold. The new owners hoped we would remain customers, however, we are on a search for a new dry cleaning service.

I've been coming here for several years and I've gotten the same items dry cleaned and this time around they charged me 5x the price because "it was hard work" even tho there were no stains but a few tiny ones that I could've gotten out if I knew it would've costed as much as it did! They taxed me like crazy even tho I have been a customer for many years. They told me not to be upset because it required hard work, however, it's the principle. Paying 5x the price is insane. I will never be going here anymore after 10 years!! I wish I would've look at all their bad reviews on Yelp, they are major bad business!

They charged me $127 to dry clean 3 fashion nova dresses... that cost about $15 each not sure why they randomly upped their pricing ! Very sus

Very nice staff. Excellent dry cleaning service on a very large down-comforter. it was ready on time and like brand new. Very reasonably priced.

Polite customer service. Quality alterations and dry cleaning. The timeline can be a littler longer than typical (and they are closed Sundays)... so as long as you can plan ahead for pickup, highly recommended.

I never get my clothes Dry cleaned but I bought this really pretty white fuzzy sweater and I got a little stain on it and didn't want to attempt to fix it on my own because I love this sweater. I took it to them and when I got it home and opened the bag the stain was gone( the only reason why they can even receive a 1 star) shirt was shrunk a size smaller and the fuzzyness of my sweater is not there and it's all pilled up in spots. I called them and they said to come in and show them. I did and they had me try on the sweater where they saw it shrunk and she tried to stretch the sweater while it was on me. they knew it didn't look like the pictures anymore ( I had a picture of the exact sweater on my phone) but said it's not their fault because my sweater said hand wash and not dry clean. I was sooooo angry but I'm not a rude person so I told them I will be writing a bad review because that is exactly what they deserve. I hope no one comes here. The service is terrible and the way they talk to customers and handle business is awful.
