I arrived at the store well before closing time, but my experience was very disappointing. At 8:55 PM, I approached the fitting room, only to find it already closed. The store doesn't close until 9:30 PM, and there were many customers walking around with clothes in their hands. Are they all expected to leave without trying anything on?
When I asked why the fitting room was closed when the store still had 30 minutes before closing, the fitting room attendant told me that her manager, named Larisa, had instructed her to close the fitting room and tell people to come back tomorrow. Naturally, I won't be coming back tomorrow, nor will most of the people currently in the store. We left without making any purchases and feeling very frustrated.

I was here today to return a product. I didn't have the receipt anymore, but the label with the price tag was still on it and it wasn't used.
The employee at the register said I couldn't return it without the receipt.
I was a bit puzzled, as it normally comes with the original label and is unused, it shouldn't be a problem?
When I left the store, I checked the returns section on the Marshall website and found this paragraph
Returns with a receipt over 30 days, with a gift receipt or without a receipt will receive merchandise credit only
So I could have returned the product in exchange for store credit.
I think it's just cheeky that some employees seem to have fun turning customers away and don't act according to the store's guidelines!

Good store, I always find it more organized than the other Marshalls location. It gets busy on weekends.

This is a good store. You have to go through all rows to find what you like, cheaper than any other stores. It is like treasure hunting.
Like Tjmaxx and Marshalls a lot because works perfectly with my budget.

Worse experience today. This Spanish lady I don't know her name was so RUDE. She had a nasty attitude, didn't smile and was not friendly. She works at Laguna location. I hope she won't last there too long. I will never come to this location again.
