Save yourself time and headache and take your car somewhere else!! I am not sure where to start, from their dishonesty and professionalism or the lack of communication and unorganized shop. And the icing on the top would be the owner's and staff's swearing words, bad languages and yelling when you try to resolve the issue. I took my car there for repair and they told me that they would have the car ready by Tuesday, I called Tuesday and they told me that the part was not ready and I can take the care Thursday or Friday the most, when I called Friday, they are telling me that part is on back order, I called dealership and asked if I can get the same part that they are talking about, they say that I can have it next day!!! I am not sure where they are ordering the parts from or they just forgot to order, but I know for sure that this job could be done in a couple of days at any other body shop, the worst part is they never gave me a call to give an update, each time I had to call and each time they would tell me that they call me, but of course they never did. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself money and time!!

OC Auto Collision did an awesome job repairing my Toyota Tacoma. The quality of work, value and service was fantastic. The insurance company planned to total my vehicle but they made sure that wasn’t going to happen.The staff; Tag, Troy, Andres, and woman in the office were a pleasure to work with from getting the estimate to sourcing the parts, completing the repair, and communicating with the insurance company. They even touched up areas of paint on my vehicle that were not involved in the accident. The service is unparalleled. I highly recommend this shop.

They were more affordable than the competition but this was a bad case of "you get what you pay for". They quoted me at $1.2K for a small job and did not do one of the parts we had agreed. They wanted another $1.2K for that scratch alone, after having quoted the whole job.The worst part: in order to fix a very small dent, they drilled a hole in the quarter panel of the car without even consulting me. Where on Earth does that make sense?Do *not* go there.

I have been using this body shop for past ten years, my car has been in a few accident and needed body repaired work , they always did a great work fixing my car , I’m very happy with their customer service , they are very honest and they always finished repairing my car on time they promised, I highly recommend this shop to everyone.Services: Welding

Sideswiped and dented my brand new car :( but thankfully OC Auto Collision fixed it! Excellent and easy experience!! They gave us a very reasonable quote- much lower than other body shops in the LN area. Dropped our car off the following week and they had it done a day early! Their work was perfect, everyone we talked to was kind and communicative. Hopefully we won't need to come back anytime soon, but definitely will be back if any repairs are needed in the future. Highly recommend!

The day after repairs noticed that bumper is not perfectly inserted. Twice went to the shop and the person who was in charge was not there. I requested another person to inspect she said we have not repaired your car . I can not find your record. When I was able to talk to the main guy he bluntly accused me that I had another accident and obviously refused any remedy.If you go there make sure to use your credit card to be able pursue the matter through your cc.I misplaced my trust.Service: Body & Trim

Great work by OC auto collision! Repaired my front bumper that was completely damaged by reversing car. Sensible pricing also. $2,600! for the complete repair vs. LLC auto who were going to charge me $4,600! See before vs. after.

Would give negative stars if I could. After repairing cosmetic damage to the back of my vehicle and them replacing my bumper, my back up sensors did not work properly after picking my car up from their shop. Instead of fixing it or paying Mazda to fix it, they tried to tell me I had "after market sensors". I told them that was not the case and I bought my car new. The service manager at Mazda called them to verify they were not after market and they said they would not pay for my repairs. There was now a short in the wire harness that did not exist before. Sensor and wire harness kit worked fine before I took it to them and now I have had to pay Mazda around $950 to correct the problem. I tried to call OC Auto to notify them that I intend to take them to small claims court and give them a chance to pay for the damage to my car and they stopped picking up the phone when I called. Very dishonest practices and I will be reaching out to the better business bureau as well as filing a small claims dispute. They pretended to want to help at first, then basically tried to tell me my car had after market parts because they couldn't fix the sensors so that they worked properly. Not cool at all. Save your money snd go elsewhere. I will never take my car here and if this review saves someone some money and heartache, it has served its purpose.

Be aware !! Took my Toyota Prius to replace a small body part , they quoted me first $250.00 but I went to pick it up owner of the shop told me I need to pay $420.00. I got sone quotes from different shops and knew the price. They are very unprofessional and dishonest The part they replaced was very easy to do because they didn’t have to do any bodywork or paint. Had rust spots on roof of truck repaired. First time I picked it up the truck it was a few days late, the body work was lumpy and some rust spots were missed. I've never have done body work before and I'm 100% sure I could do it better. I complained and they offer to redo the body work and fix the rust spots that were missed before. Second time I picked the truck up it was a few days late again, the body work was less lumpy and the paint had debris in it.Service: Body & Trim
