Friendly staff and periodically come around and ask if you're finding everything ok; then when you do... they will contact other stores (which may have the style or size you need) and have it shipped to their store for pick up or delivered to your home! THAT is Customer Service! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Today I accompanied my lady friend to Off Broadway to seek shoes for an upcoming wedding. What greeted us was row upon row of every conceivable shoe for the female foot imaginable and, for the first time in my experience, knowledgeable salespeople to assist. I was quite impressed. Yes, she found two pairs of shoes. $105 total. Not bad.I was less impressed with the men's shoe section, which appears to have been an afterthought...well, maybe we should include some men's shoes, but not very extensive nor impressive.There was also a sports shoe section but it was mostly, I assume, temporarily empty.I'll stick to Nordstrom.

After reading so many negative reviews of the Laguna Niguel Store, I was reluctant to go but I needed to find a store that actually had stock on hand. I am so glad I did!!! The store was impeccable, a sales clerk politely asked if I needed help (I didn't) and the checkout was quick, efficient and friendly. I'm delighted to support this store. See for yourself!

Just had the worst transaction I ever had shopping as a 32 year old woman. I was disrespected as a human, forget the fact I was a customer. We were waiting for 5-10 mins while there were 2 cashiers and 1 who was just standing at the register doing nothing. She finally decided she wanted to help and rang up my shoes. She then charged me twice for something so I told her. She then very aggressively pointed to the screen super rudely and condescending and told me she wasn't done with the transaction yet. She then printed the receipt, and with a huge attitude and very sarcastically told me I could see that I didn't get charged twice. I barely spoke during this transaction and merely just didn't want to get charged twice, can you blame me?... so I grabbed the receipt and she then told me to "have a better day mam" if you're reading this karina, have some decorum and learn what customer service is, or go work where you don't have to deal with people. Also, I hope you have a better life

Visiting from the UK, we probably wouldn't have just stumbled on this place if it weren't for our friends who live a couple of miles away (and whose dog ate one of my wife's flip flops, hence the visit to a shoe shop!). There's a good selection to choose from - between us, we ended up with sandals, an Adidas baseball cap and a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors (in subtle colours I hadn't seen before), that a random stranger complimented me on during our flight home, which was nice ?.

Marcos was a pleasure to shop with, he helped me with everything I asked for. I made sure to show him and his overly worked and short staffed coworkers with respect by keeping a clean area. As a customer I feel its my responsibility to treat a store how I would treat my home. With a certain amount of class and dignity. Especially in these hard times where they are payed unfairly and treated terribly by superiors. Although not everyone has these opinions unfortunately. Many of my fellow customers seem to think employees are there to be their personal slave and to pick up however big of a mess we leave. I know as a white person how hard it is to not call the cops in every situation where I feel slight discomfort. I don't lick their boots for nothing!! I mean who else will save me from the scary workers when they ask me to clean up after myself . My victim complex cant feed itself and it shouldn't have to. It is my right to get employees fired whenever I feel suit. After all it doesn't matter how many years someone spends at a job. No matter how many hours they waste of their lives for a company. It should be me who comes first!! Thank you Off Broadway for doing whats right and never caring for your employees. That diversity panel you set up wasn't for nothing after all. Make sure you keep tolerating that racism and homophobia!! After all whats a little bigotry and worker exploitation when you can make 20 bucks in profit

The 'Buy One Get One half off' is a very misleading special. Apparently it doesn't apply to Nike which there is no signage for? Also, there is very little seating to try shoes on for a short store. The cashier told me that the Nikes didn't apply to the BOGO offer at the register but I had seen no signage stating that where I was shopping. Felt misleading and like false advertising.

I was verbally assaulted by MARCOS! This last trip to Off Broadway was nothing short of a badly acted reality show for ratings, with one exception, it left me traumatized. I should have called the cops. I had my to be purchases in a pile while i was trying shoes on, when a worker named Marcos came over to my area and kicked the boxes of the shoes i was going to buy, also kicking my personal shoes. He began uttering insults ans slams about me the customer to another employee. "These bitches think they can come in here and make a mess!" Completely shocked that he kept touching my personal shoes and the shoes i was to buy, i ended up just leaving without all my finds. I made friends with a customer who saw the whole thing and her husband is a former cop was there couldn't believe how i was treated. It made me to sick. I was verbally assaulted over and over again by Marcos who said who cares if i report him he's quitting anyway.

Overall store collection is good but One of the staff (curly hair) was very rude with me today. My 2year old accidentally dropped some snack on the floor and she came to me, talked very rudely.I even apologized to her but she was so rude that she didnt even listen and just went away.

Whenever I come here the line is slow and long. The workers are helpful on the floor-when there's enough of them. I realize staffing is a big problem for everyone now. It definitely shows here.

Horrible customer support, long lines and inflated price with fake buy 1 get 1 50% off. will not be back!! Went in today to buy my son some new shoes. 2 female employees in the back were just chatting with each other while we walked around looking at shoes.. No help, no greeting, we were on our own. They looked like they were trying to avoid even working. No sizes we wanted on the shelves. Line up front so long I didn't even want to wait to ask if they had more sizes. Went home and ordered online at DSW instead. Nikes fir him were less and Cole Han shoes I wanted were $30 less. Don't waste your time.

Best selection of shoes around. Staff isn't very helpful but at least the selection speaks for itself
