“Hadi was so incredibly sweet and helpful. I normally don’t write reviews, but I was genuinely inspired by the level of customer service he provided. As a 28-year-old woman, I really appreciated seeing someone his age go out of his way to help me—especially carrying gallons of paint all the way to my car when these days, it feels like most people won’t even look you in the eyes. Hadi, thank you for being so kind and willing to help. Customer service like that truly stands out, and you deserve to be recognized for it!”

“On my first visit to this location, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. On my second visit Walqui helped me out, explaining what paints would be best for my project and even gave me a few tools to help me that I wouldn’t think to grab. She was great and very kind! Highly recommend this store!”

“Benjamin is soooooo nice and helpful. Me and my mom walked in this place and wanted to buy matching paints for our ceiling. Honestly, we were a bit lost. Benjamin was there helping us to figure out the color and explaining to us how the tools work. He even helped us to carry out heavy buckets of paint. I appreciate Benjamin's assistance very much! Thank you, Benjamin! :)))))”

“My wife and I utilized the In-Home Color Advisor service through Dunn Edwards and worked with Shane on the interior of our home. The level of service and value we got out of the service was fantastic. Shane listened to us, offered his expertise and was patient throughout the process - even with our two kids yelling in the background! Would definitely recommend it to anyone painting their home, especially if you don't know where to start!”

“I can't say enough of how great Nancy is at Shilpark. Her customer service skills are superb and she always provides good solutions for my clients. She has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent service for my business. I am a designer and have projects all over Orange County and I would literally rather drive down to San Clemente and deal with her as I know she gets everything done for me without ever having any problems. I would highly recommend Shilpark Paint and most importantly Nancy to contractors, painters and homeowners.”

“I love this store and have always purchased DE paint here. However, today I rushed over to match some paint, got there at 4:45, only to find the store closed! It's supposed to close at 5:00. Wasted trip, and during Rush Hour to boot. Next time I will call first.”

“Noah, In March 2026, Was a godsend for my house project. He answered all of my questions and when I tried five samples, but still couldn’t find the right paint for a pretty tricky room with weird lighting, I came in and asked him about potentially mixing two colors together. He patiently did it, and then added another 5% of the lighter color when I got to look at it. He’s efficient found discounts for me very friendly, And when I returned to buy 2 gallons of that beautiful custom color, he had it ready within 10 minutes. He also walked me to my car and loaded everything up for me. I’ve always been impressed with this branch of Sherwin-Williams, but Noah went above and beyond. Thank you, Noah”

“Well Vista paint has been there for many years and I have done business with them and all the managers I used to know I've been there for years things change still good people in there and they have a great product I recommended with five stars unfortunately they don't service the machines anymore like they used to they had an on-site mechanic that would fix the machine on the spot they've taken that service out of all the stores unfortunately oh well sign of times”
