Nothing but problems at this apartment. Starting off with plumbing, leak after leak. 6-8 times maintenance tried to fix it - never was able to source the problem of the leaks. Appliances broken - management said that I have to wait until the following year for a replacement because of their budget. Last six months have been harassed by a marine throwing substances on my patio that my dog ingested and was always sick. Dozens of people including me had our cars stolen and broken into it. Melanie did not do one thing. Not one. Melanie is one of the most heartless, cruel women I've ever encountered and I am so glad I will never see that woman again. Don't know how she still has a job there - everyone complains about her! Gave 30 day notice, left in January, and received a bill for February rent and now they are sending it to collection and will not work with me. Stay far far away!

Apex has always been pleasant, staff is great and I am particularly writing this for Francisco the maintenance supervisor. Any maintanence request that I have put in, Francisco makes sure it gets taken care of. He is very professional and outgoing, he makes maintenance requests a breeze. Jon is also great! Both of these gentlemen are great at what they do and will go out if their way to make sure your'e satisfied.

This review is for the new maintenance supervisor, Francisco Montano. He is very professional, respectful, and friendly. He is always available to answer any questions and is proactive in informing us of work being done in our apartment. All maintenance request I've had has been handled promptly. Overall, extremely satisfied with the new maintenance supervisor.

I've been living here for almost 2 months now and this place has been nothing but great. Above and beyond customer service!! Sydney is great, she goes out of her way to help with any needs you may have. She made me feel at home from the very beginning; the whole staff has been extremely accommodating. Thank you Apex team!!!

My experience here has been nothing but good. My apartment is beautiful, and I love the washer and dryer it comes with. The maintenance supervisor Francisco is very reliable, professional and friendly. Does a great job and always has a postive attitude. T Melanie Aguilar is very friendly and super welcoming. 10 out of 10 recommend this place.

Moved here for work and only lived here for 6 months, lived alone - no pets, no kids, no visitors. When I moved out, they charged me a full paint, full clean, carpet clean (the only carpet was in the closet - which was a 2x4 area) which came out of my $500 security deposit. I got about $100 back. On top of all the other reasons this place is bottom tier, that was the cherry on top. I was lucky enough that my company paid for loss of security deposit... management desperately needs rebuilt.

Taqueria el Tarasco is very satisfied with the services they provided us, very efficient and friendly, they helped us program the menu for our lunch box and connect the payment terminal very quickly. I recommend their services

Here with another one after getting my car smashed into I am now dealing with a very serious bug infestation (earwigs to be specific) that the Apex is simply not doing enough about. I am one of the cleanest people I know and no matter what I've done they are still there. They need to take this seriously and get an exterminator to the building asap. Hardly a luxury building.

Lived here 4 painful years until I finally had the chance to move. They raised rent $800. That's illegal. They raised our neighbors rent $500 Although Nick is a nice guy. The service is really slow to none. Car break ins. My neighbors car got stolen and then his bike. Hallway carpets are dirty. The rugs are stained with dog urine. Walls are thin. You can hear the neighbors heavy foot steps. Elevator kept breaking down. There is really not a lot of room for dogs to pee and the small space that is there reeks of dog urine. The building went under 3 exterior renovation because the slats would fall off. The drilling during the day was unbearable. You can't go to the roof top on the one end because that closed off to tenants because someone committed suicide on the roof. There was a massive water leak coming from the apartment above us to the apartment below us. And by far the one thing I won't miss at all is the manager Melanie. Just rude and is dismissive and if you catch her looking at you it's like she's ready to kick your a$$ or something. Apex wasn't even on our list to check out when I made the move in 17 from Riverside got stuck with them out of convince because Sky across the way showed us the two remaining apartments and didn't care for them so I needed to find something fast and Apex took us. My family and I have moved to a sister neighborhood and have been happy ever since. Enter Apex at your own risk. Can't say you have been warned.

This building is infected w dangerous levels of harmful mold and the management is constantly negligent and dismissive. Management knows about this mold issue and that there are people in the hospital and others with health issues directly from this mold infection and management personnel are continually denying and covering up this reality. Apex management is criminal in their operational negligence and lacks any response to protect the inhabitants who have contracted for and pay good money for a healthy place to live. Don't be surprised when you see this all over the news as the building will have to be shut down and gutted as a result to clear the mold from harming tenets. Do not rent here if you want to stay healthy.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The management was great at first but has steadily gone downhill over time. They used to be a cheaper option than anywhere around but now they are almost more expensive?? Which is so ironic because it's gotten worse. I do not recommend living here at all until some serious changes are made. Here are a few of the problems: mail room is never open, there is so much crime in the parking lots, construction is never finished, the gates never work, noise is so loud from upstairs neighbor, and the worst: there are pet "accidents" everywhere!! The office is understaffed (they are nice enough but never there) and hardly ever respond. They have to close early pretty often - which also impacts the mail room opening.

When I first moved into this apartment the process was fairly easy and the leasing office was very responsive. As soon as I became a resident the staff's attitude completely changed because they were finally getting my money. The units are nice but I soon learned how the staff and manager treated the complex and it's residents. I am happy I was only there for an unpleasant 9 months. My car was broken into due to the negligence of staff/manager for not fixing our security gate they promised us in our lease. After weeks of complaints their actions caused 11 BREAK INS in one single night. When I went to talk to the office I got looked at as if it wasn't their problem and they had nothing to do with it even though I am to park in a designated spot they provide. They acted like I parked across the street at Costco and not at my apartment that I pay a lot for. They dealt with this situation with so much disrespect even though they leave doors completely unlocked and gates left broken. Security is also there at random times but they still use that to back up their side of the story In addition, all the office staff focuses on is getting people to sign a lease, they are nice to you up until you are stuck at move in. I had someone parked in my spot for 4 DAYS and went to the office the first day where she sent an email, and that was it. No note on the car or anything. I came in on day 2 and had to tell the lady to put a note on the car which she did the next day. I saw the residents 2nd car move everyday but not the one that was in my spot! They have no urgency to help you and you are met with great disrespect if you ask them to do their job (both the manager and office workers). Parking for me was also tangent so my roommate and I had to constantly move our car in order for the other to leave. Residents are unclean and do not respect the common areas. They get away with leaving dog feces, urine, trash, throw up, anything that's dirty on carpets and IN THE elevator. When you tour the apartments you usually only go through that one elevator in the office and nothing else for a reason... It's not the cleanings staffs job to pick up your mess, it's an apt. Also smells like weed everywhere. Our washer machine would leave black marks on our clothes, and it always had to get fixed. The maintenance guy is the only good thing from this apartment and they overwork him because they won't pay for another person!!!! (Even though they just raised rent) The pool and hot tub were broken for days on end without being fixed. Also, it's not open very late which is a bummer. They send security guards to kick you out but don't have security guards to watch the parking garage. I recommend really looking at any other place because they'll get you to sign a lease and then treat you horribly.

Nick the repair man was great! He was respectful, super timely, and got the job done! Always thankful for Nick doing such a great job on the maintenance for these apartments. Great job Nick!

I have been here for the last 2 years .I love the location and the Appartment . Especially when you write the request for the maintenance the guy Nick show up quickly and fixing everything right away. Great work from Nick. Only thing I'm not happy about however is the stealing in this complex. I recently myself had My bike stolen when it was even locked.
