Natalie was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She welcomed us as soon as we walked in and offered her assistance. Usually I avoid any help and just figure it out on my own but I was willing to tell her the purpose of my visit. She listened and knew exactly what to suggest for me. Helped me find everything I need. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Exactly how I prefer to shop. Thank you Natalie!

There is a New guy working at this location now on LA Paz rd best service ever he was fast very helpful and passionate, knowledgeable at what he does. I never felt great about coming here thanks to Sally's but he deserve a promotion

Why does Sally's charge more money for the same extensions in store than online? I could just buy from the website and save $20, plus an extra 15% off. Also, on the Sally's website it said the color I bought was unavailable to buy online for store pick up but it was actually in the store, because I bought one that same day, with other extras on the shelf. Which prevented me from getting the online savings. Do you just want to make more money for people to have to come in person to shop? Why can't I return an unopened box of Barely Xtensions extensions from Sally's to a Sally's store? But I can return extensions from Barely Xtensions back to them online. And why doesn't the Barely Xtensions website have all the other normal hair colors as an option, like any shade of blonde? It forces us to have to buy from Sally's and get an unreturnable product, whether in store or online. It's just bad business. Also it's impossible to tell what color the extension hair is inside the box behind two pieces of plastic! Sally's needs to have sample hairs out at the store for us to see and compare to our own hair. It's not even worth buying in person because I can't see the accurate color in the box. And because of this, I bought the wrong hair color for my hair! And since I needed to open the box to actually compare the color to my hair to see if it even matched, it became unreturnable. So I'm just stuck with hair that doesn't match mine and $240 down the drain. This is all such bad business! And insanely expensive! I want a refund from one of your companies! The guy at the store tried to help me pick a color for my hair and it obviously wasn't accurate, even in window light. Probably because he could barely see what the color was inside the box. How am I supposed to get help if the associate can't even help me? And the frost blonde color is definitely not frost blonde, it's very golden yellow!

The staff lacks in good customer service skills. Whenever I come here I never feel welcomed. No hello or how are you? Nothing. Its pathetic

Wow I can't even express the amount of gratitude I have for the employees at Sally's in Laguna Niguel. I had come in needing help on how to properly dye my hair, and what products are the best and had so many questions, and every single one was answered with joy and genuine interest in helping me. Such an incredible experience I had at this location, and I will definitely be coming back in the future! Natalie was such a joy and helped me so much with everything I needed! She is the epitome of top-tier customer service. Thank you for making this experience more than just a shopping trip for hair dye.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them online. I ordered same day when they were advertising “two hour shipping” and five hours later the order was still processing. Customer service was the least helpful I’ve ever had and refused to issue me a refund. They took so long to respond that the order eventually got delivered. Very disappointing.

I went in here the other night there were two employees working one girl one guy. Neither one ever said a word to me not a hello , or a can I help you with anything. And when I did go up to the counter to ask for help the guy with red hair was on his phone the entire time and never even looked up at me as I was literally asking for help. Change ur staff please.

I don't live in CA anymore so obviously waiting to do my hair for when I do visit is inconvenient BUT it is 100000% worth it because Yun is the absolute best- I cannot find anyone who does my hair better!! Today I got my hair dyed and cut and my hair looks fabulous. Making an appointment is easy- just text or ring her and she'll accommodate your schedule in a heartbeat. Yun is the master of cuts, color and perms- is there anything she cannot do? Don't waste your time scouring Yelp for a stylist, come see her!! Prices are reasonable and worth every penny for the service you will receive.
