My family and I came in to switch carriers. I was apprehensive but the team at this particular branch were super prepared. Particularly Nick K.was knowledgable, incredibly patient when we needed help, and provided constant reassurance. Additionally, Parnia H. was super sharp, patient, and quickly solved issues- she was a gem. I really appreciate Nick and Parnia for their assistance!

Good luck being helped if you are not a brand new customer on day 1. I've only been with T-Mobile for 7 days & honestly they treat you the EXACT same way Verizon does. Nobody in store can help you because all they care about is the new walk-ins who they'll make commission from. Once they discover you need "service" they set you up on the phone to speak with an agent. (Had I wanted to speak to an agent I would have obviously done this already) Unbelievable that the company only incentivizes new sales. Like I said: good luck. I was on the phone with T-Mobile for four hours this morning on hold, being disconnected & transferred. I came to the store assuming an actual in person experience would minimally be professional lol!!! That's what I get for assuming. I get it: it's not the employees fault they receive little to no training from corporate. I'm so curious now of how many pissed off customers they have to deal with all day everyday given these circumstances? Oh well.

I recently went into the store on 11/27 in the morning and I had the pleasure of getting help from 2 ladies. I wish I remembered names but one was an Asian woman and the other one was a Spanish woman with red lipstick. Both ladies made me feel very welcomed and at peace because I was locked out my iCloud account over the weekend. They guided me to the right numbers to call to start my apple recovery process. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs genuine customer service. Thank you!

I have been here twice to resolve issues that T-Mobile could not resolve online, over chat, at another store, or over the phone. Both times I was helped by Parnia - simply put, she is a miracle worker! Calm, intelligent, and gracious - she deserves a promotion! I will continue to come back to this store with any issues.

Nathaniel is Awesome! I had spent many hours (3-4 hours) on the phone with technical support without getting anywhere to try and connect my Samsung Watch 6 Classic to the T-Mobile network. I was almost to the point that I was going to sell the brand new watch and not keep trying to get them to get it to work correctly. So I went into this store and Nathaniel started helping me. He was so polite, honest and was determined to get this to work. It was truly a nice surprise to see this kinda of customer service and someone want to solve my issue. He called technical support and talked to several different people over a 2 hour period, he finally spoke to someone that actually listen to him about what really need to be done to make this work. I seriously wanted to buy him something because he never gave up and in the end fixed my issue. You gave me excellent customer service and solved my issue. Thank you again! Thomas Williamson

I visited the Ocean Ranch store because I found it difficult to use the website to move my 2 iPhones and IPad from Verizon to T-Mobile. I worked through the process with Jake and scored 2 new iPhones at a great discount. I also ended up with a much better wireless plan with great international travel rates at a cost that’s $50 a month less than Verizon. I regret not switching to T-Mobile sooner. Next I plan to move my internet from Cox Cable to T-Mobile’s new 5g service. I can’t wait to leave Cox because their customer service is a nightmare to work with.

I came in disheartened because a mall location had told me my trade-in was set up wrong and I’d have to return my phone and do another order (which would be back ordered for a month), but this location fixed it in just a few min!! They knew what they were doing and were so much friendlier. What a relief
