“I thought it was time for an updated review of this Goodwill facility. As others have mentioned it is very convenient to drive up to the truck and unload. I also am very impressed by the staff here as they personify the reason that Goodwill is an American institution - they are great!
I had not parked correctly on my recent visit and they accommodated me anyway with caring and professionalism. I will continue to donate here with gratitude for the work that they do (with correct parking though).
Also shout out to one of the awesome employees there, Trevor, who is a wonderful ambassador of the company, hard working and polite, and thoughtful!”

“The owner and her husband of this place are so wonderful! Such a little gem in San Clemente. I got the cutest pair of vintage cowboy boots that I have been on the hunt for for about 3 years. They are $450 boots that I got for $100 at the Pac-Rat. Can’t get over how friendly the owners were. My brother found a sick polo jacket and vintage Hawaiian shirt as well. Store was so good we had to go two days in a row.”

We love coming to Laura’s, me an my husband always find the best things from clothing, shoes and home items, we can spend and hour just looking around and buying what we like, we love the staff so nice and welcoming and willing to answer your questions, their prices are unbelievable reasonable and the fact that we are also helping them help others! “The best part of this place, is the staff. The clerks are friendly, helpful, sometimes cute, and make it a pleasure to wander around. 2 fitting rooms, a huge selection of shoes. Better grade men's clothes, quality sports equipment- (what they've got is good). 2nd floor, books, housewares, its a small store, but they JAM the goods in it, and if youre smooth and charming, can get a price and pick it up before it even gets inside. “This is a treasure chest of all of Rudy's best finds and he shares them at the most reasonable prices. I ended up finding things with his help I will enjoy wearing or giving as gifts. I'm glad he found a space to showcase what talent he has. Go support this place and wear recycled stuff and look good doing it !!”

“Love this smaller goodwill boutique next to the main goodwill off el Toro. Staff are very nice and the clothing choices are amazing! The prices are very good, and even if some special pieces are higher priced, the ticket color can be half it !! I bought several lovely high-end skirts and a jacket!! I'll be back next week!!”
“I absolutely love this thrift shop/ resale shop in Laguna Beach. My girlfriend and I stop there every time we go through Laguna they always have the cutest stuff! Amanda is so amazing and kind…… she even steamed one of the scarves that we bought because my girlfriend wanted to wear it that day….. it’s was so nice.

“Kent is a vibe and this store is full of unique finds that are thoughtfully curated. He has a unique style, you can find weird things, cool things and quality things. I've been shopping here since 2019 and the owner is always really nice, welcoming and helpful. Not sure what any of these ppl complaining are talking about cuz I enjoy every visit here and will continue to keep shopping here. Thanks Kent for bringing awesome stuff that is not bland or basic.”

“The people who work there were GREAT. I was just shopping around getting some bread at the farmers market.I stopped by the thrift store and there was a kind old lady that works there offered me some free bread that was “freshly baked” she said that she saw me riding my electric scooter and gave me a reusable bag to go with it! What an awesome store the prices are more cheap than most thrift stores and this is the one I like the most. I live across the street and this store is a super relevant place to go thrifting. I would give it a 10\5 if I could.”
“Ok prices. I've seen salvation army's that charge more than they do so.... Quality dishes and knickknacks. Not much selection as far as clothing - They had a ½ off sale, so maybe they're fazing it out. Doesn't have that used smell (only by the shoes - bound to happen), so that was an automatic Plus! VERY organized - absolutely love! Would definitely visit again.”

I wasn’t sure if it would fit in the trunk of my car and he assisted me with measuring everything along with the loading process which was a little tricky but went out of his way to do it!
