“Not exactly sure how I walked in to Sky Cigars and Gifts + the first time, but I do not believe in coincidence and I'm proud to call the owner of this great retail shop my friend now. In a world where you rarely find human beings that care these days, it is nice to know that there are businesses that actually concentrate on customer service, rather than the monetary transaction. My spot for quality hemp derived products, but a part of me still wishes I smoked Cigars because the humidor there looks inviting! Need a cold drink? Have a sweet tooth? “I always go to this smoke shop because they have personnel that know the functionality of all the products they offer, specially Eddy, he's my go to person, he knows every detail of the products I purchase there. I went to another smoke shop in San Clemente to buy some coils for my Nord 4 and they gave me the wrong one, not professional and they made me waist my money. I went back to Capo Smoke Shop and Eddy was there and hooked me with the right stuff. I love it, best knowledge by Eddy in southwest. If you visit San Juan Capistrano and looking for a good smoke shop go to Capo Smoke Shop and ask for Eddy, he knows.”

“So I have been going to Casa Carreras Cigar shop for the past couple of years but this is the 1st review I have done for them so here goes... They open and close as posted but if I am a few minutes early, they go ahead and open up for me... OUTSTANDING! for a long time I would go in there and describe what I was in the mood for look for just the right Cigar. A couple of months ago I found my Favorite Cigar, the "Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial" of the "My Father Collection". Myself and my Brother are both Cigar Smokers so I bought him a box for the Hollidays.... He Loved them. Anyway back to the review, they are very knowledgeable, great customer service.... 5 Stars all around... Good job guys!!!”

“I was in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament and had a couple hours to myself so I looked for nearby cigar lounges and Cigars By the Lake came up with great ratings. I can confirm that they are warranted. Sean was extremely welcoming and the shop is fantastic. They have an extensive selection of cigars to choose from and they are reasonably priced. The lounge is very comfortable and well appointed. All the regulars made me feel welcome. If you're in the area I would highly recommend a visit.”

I work in a busy office and when i cannot give people the time I'd like to it feels bad. so I just appreciate the moment and double down the beautiful karma by paying it forward for the next person to also enjoy their own positive time ... “Came in to buy a disposable vape and Connor was really helpful in educating us about the value of Vaporesso Eco Nano. Not only is it cost effective, but also lasts much longer than the disposable vapes we were purchasing. If you were to get one, I highly recommend hearing his quick tutorial on how it works, it's worth the few minutes! We've had the vaporesso now for about 4 months and will never go back to disposable. Great place to buy from, ran by great people. Highly recommend!”
“I was so surprised when I came to this location today. I've been buying the disposable puff bars for a while now and nothing was so disappointing then opening one up and it didn't work. Every other place I went to when I bought one that was defective told me that they can't switch it out for a working one and you basically threw 10 bucks out the window. This locating is the ONLY place I've ever been to that told me to try it before leaving to see if it was defective, so that it was, he would change it out for me. That absolutely surprised me. Not ONE other smoke shop that I've ever been to has offered that before. I'm new to the area, and just because of that, I will be coming back here for all my disposable vape pens now.”
