“We rented a high-roof cargo van from Enterprise truck rental in Laguna Niguel to move our son out of his apartment and into his new place. The whole process was easy and convenient. Phil was great, he made sure that we had the vehicle we needed, and explained exactly what we needed to do, so everything went smoothly and as expected. The rental price was very reasonable. Would definitely use Enterprise again.”
“I don’t think you can improve anything. The experience there was awesome Randy the manager helped me out in every way he could and I was completely satisfied and the girl there. She was very nice and helpful. Also, I love the place. It’s not like corporate. It’s very comfortable there. It’s not so business like which is perfect.”
“This was, no doubt, the friendliest and most knowledgeable U-Haul I have been to. What an exceptional location. The manager, Vee, is just a true professional. She made sure I was taken care of, went above and beyond. 10/10, no notes.”
“Ari was super accommodating, kind, and personable. I was able to get the specific (special) truck I needed sent to this location from another, saving lots of time (with no additional charge). Miles better than U-haul, and the price was nearly the same (per mile it's also very similar). Going to be using them for my moving needs from now on, my last U-haul had over 300k miles and sounded as if it were going to fall apart, this truck was one of the newer models and had only 6k miles on it, but the whole fleet looked clean and well maintained (and have driver assist functions).”
“The complete team is awesome! No matter who is there they are always very professional and helpful. No matter if I have a Uhaul near me, I don't mind to drive to this location. They Always treated me really good.”

“My husband and I needed a small Uhaul to get back to Denver. They were sold out of the size we needed, so they upgraded us to a larger size, free of charge. When my mother and I went to pick it up, Nelson helped us and he was such a gem. We were greeted with a warm smile, and good music. He was very helpful throughout the process and made it very easy for us. Thank you, Nelson!”

“I had a great U-Haul experience! It was my first time using an authorized dealer, and the experience was amazing. I rented a trailer on two different days with two different staff members from different ethnic backgrounds, but it felt like I was dealing with the same friendly person each time. Thank you for the outstanding customer care!”

“Went to U Haul for the hitch installation. Only complaint is the wiring for the trailer is inside the vehicle. A better wiring would have it come out next to the hitch itself.”

“I always look forward to renting from U-Haul San Clemente. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Every detail from the U-Haul app experience to the final hook up works smoothly and efficiently. Propane services are top notch as well.”
“We received a call from the manager addressing our concern. He reached out within 24 hours aside from the tire issue we were able to rent out the equipment and got to our destination okay! Really appreciate how promptly our roadside assistance was and how quickly the issue was handled!”
“Rented a 16 foot truck today. Price was good. The Truck was sparkling clean and ready for my reservation.
The owners and employee are super friendly at the San Clemente location! Thank you!! Have used them before and we will again! ~Tom”
“Getting the truck was a little tricky over phone, nothing too crazy though. However, once I got there, Eddie was EXTREMELY helpful. We had a storage unit right next to Budget that had super tight alleyways and my first time driving it, to load up the storage unit, it took me over 30 minutes to maneuver the truck. Eddie volunteered to drive the truck for me and help get it into the storage place. He made everything so simple and was incredibly helpful. It may not seem like the most upscale workplace but old school values and thoughtful work ethic is something that isn't seen often anymore. Thanks for all your help Eddie.”

“The staff here has been incredibly helpful and kind. I wish I could remember his name - David, maybe?, gentleman with a beard - he has especially been helpful as I continue to use their storage facility. Thanks guys!”
“I thought the customer service here was great. I required several accommodations with my initial order, and extended it from initial one day rental to a 7 days total, on the truck rental. Every person I talked to, was courteous, considerate and made every effort to accommodate my needs, every time I extended my rental. The rates were fair and reasonable, and I brought the truck back clean, with the tank full, and there were no surprise charges. I'm totally satisfied with my experience. Thank You.”

“Specialty boxes were very expensive and my mover would not box large 65inch TV unless I had those specialty in my house.A nice service, that was offered at a additional price, was delivery of large TV boxes. My car was too small for these boxes to fit, so home delivery was convenient.”
