This UPS store is not the closest to my home but I come here because Rebecca and PJ consistently provide exceptional customer service and with a smile. They both are knowledgeable and demonstrate a genuine desire to help people with whatever they need. I highly recommend this store because of their commitment to excellence.

I went to this store for an Amazon return. I was not familiar with repackaging of Amazon’s returns. Rebecca went beyond her responsibilities with repackaging my item. I got the best customer service in my life. Thank you, Rebecca…you are the BEST
