There was not a wait when I came here on a weekday after 5pm. I quickly dropped off my pre-labeled UPS package. They also provide notary services here. One notarized signature is $15. I was able to get that done also without an appointment.

I love having my PO Box at the UPS store! I never have to worry about lost packages or getting caught in the rain. The staff, Tyler and Oliver, are knowledgeable and a great help when I have to ship anything to family and friends across country.
