“I just moved from Arizona and needed to find a new Veterinarian for my pets. I am so fortunate to have found this place. My Great Dane has tremors and was out of medication since our vet in Arizona could not transfer them. Ann got us on the schedule right away without an additional “emergency visit” charge like other places often do. We met with Dr. Haney, she is fantastic. She did an exam and got us out of there quickly so my dog could take his meds and get some rest. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients, I’m so grateful for the entire team at Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center. Thank you!”

Being an employee I try to park away from my work location as a courtesy but that’s difficult when there are no spaces at all.”
“We love VCA Laguna Niguel and Dr Patmon has taken care of our Bibi since we adopted her. The front end staff is always friendly and welcoming. She has been extremely attentive to our rescue pup who has white coat hypertension. They really care for her health and happiness. I really appreciate that they have a Saturday clinic and extended hours compared to many other clinics. I like the VCA app that helps make schedule appointments, requesting refills, and virtual consultations easy to do.”

Today my family received a sympathy card from Banfield after having to have our dog Oso put to sleep on June 1st 2024. As soon as we opened it, we all started crying. It was so special and thoughtful of them to do that. It even had his paw print. It was his last gift to us. Thank you so much for doing it. I'm going to buy a frame for it and hang it on my wall. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)
