This is the worst walgreens location I've ever been to. The store manager is the short pudgy Indian lady & she has profiled me every time I've gone to this location. I used to work in retail and as an apartment security guard so I can pick up on when someone is following me around fairly easily. Every time I've gone in here even though I'm dressed completely normally. Shirt, pants, slides or a jacket too if it's a cold day & immediately she'll go up to me and ask me if I need any help & I'll say "no, not particularly." Then she'll follow me around the entire store until I'm done shopping, have paid, and have left. I don't know if it's because I'm Asian and she's racist or if it's because I look young. I look like I'm about 20 even though I'm 26. Either way, it's really insulting to have someone immediately follow you and believe you're a thief with no real reason for believing so.

The lady pharmacist Maryam (Mary) is unprofessional is the worse I came across. I worked in a pharmacy for ten years and the lies she says so she can get out of doing anything and saying anything she will lie and tell you the opposite of what cvs represents. She needs a review a long review from her DM.

Hands down the best pharmacy anywhere near Laguna Niguel! I have been coming here for the last 4 years and have monthly perscriptions filled that are vital to my life and job. I have also had vaccines/Flu shots for my entire family done here. The pharmacists here truly care about you. Which is rare these days. They have a drive though and its easy. I have been when my perscription isn't ready and always 5-15 minutes its done. Thank you for truly caring about your customers, its truly appreciated.

We are required to either have home mail service or go to Walgreen's for our prescriptions. Our experience with Walgreen's has been so dismal that we have transferred all our medications to Optum RX to avoid Walgreen's at all costs. After having to cancel our vacation overseas due to illness, my husband went immediately to his doctor's office upon our return and was prescribed medication. He had no choice but to have his prescriptions sent to Walgreen's due to his immediate need for the medication. I came by to pick up the medications several hours later and was told that they were not ready. I asked what time they would be ready. I was specifically told that they would be ready by 4:40pm. I arrived again at 6:00pm and was told the medications would not be available for another 45 minutes. I explained that this was my second trip to pick up these medications and had told they would be ready at 4:50pm. The clerk was unconcerned and responded "We're behind". Quality customer service at this location is non-existent. Avoid this store if at all possible.

Jennifer is so rude. I went in to pick up a few things and waited at the register for about five minutes as she was picking at her nails before looking up to help me. She was extremely rude as I had interrupted her soooo important nail picking time

Just had a not so pleasant experience at this Walgreens right now. We were headed to the checkout registers but as we were approaching the clerk was too busy chatting with their friends. (Clerk had long hair and glasses) instead of helping us who were paying customers they told us to go to the photo guy to help us instead of just doing their job instead of chatting away.

This review is for Wen in the pharmacy. My order for a prescription medication was badly messed up in a complex variety of ways. I spoke to Wen by phone over the course of several days to try to straighten the mess out. She was very patient and worked through each step of the problem. Wen is a CHAMPION !!!

Just don't go here! Staff seems pretty nice, but rude and god-complex pharmacist. Why do they think they are smarter and know me better than my doctor??? Why do they have any say on what my doctor prescribes??? If it may interact with another med I'm taking, then please speak up. But if not, please follow the guidance of my doctor and fill my med! There's a reason it was prescribed... I need it!!! CVS is SOOO much better! Please go there!

Came here for a covid test way back in January 2022 because it was the closest one I could find an appointment at. It was a drive-through test and I was nervous because I was late (I live far away!) and needed to get tested. The employee was super nice and didn't say anything about me being late or give me any other attitude (I can't say that for every Walgreens lol). Good service! Thank you!

Went to get booster shot for my daughter. Her arm was soaking with blood when we left. I was greatly disappointed to see that the lady was not properly trained and could not do this job properly. We would go elsewhere in the future. Also they stop my autofill prescription without notifying me. Time to find another pharmacy for us.

Honestly I’m not sure why this location has the reviews they do. I’ve been coming here for a few months and never had an unpleasant experience, if anything, really positive experiences.Thank you for taking care of my family’s prescriptions!

The most horrible staff EVER. I really recommend not using the pharmacy at this Walgreens. There is a couple of people who work at the pharmacy there and they are terrible people. I had to get my second dose of vaccine and even though there was some left, the pharmacist decided not to vaccinate me because she didn’t want to. I will never go there ever again and definitely recommend other people to not go too. A doctor and other pharmacist should know how to treat a patient with respect and not have terrible attitudes.

Everything was fine until I went to pay. The cashier asked me to turn all my items around so that he could scan them. He said he didn't want to touch them. I felt he charged me twice on one item so I politely asked. He looked at me and gave a stern "no". It was evident that he was not going to budge so I proceeded to pay. He held my bag open and motioned for me to put my items into the bag myself. It was bizarre.

Jessica the pharmacist at this location (La Paz) was extremely caring & patient when trying to fill my daughters CGM that was denied initially by our Ins co. She went above & beyond to help me until we got it fixed with the insurance. Thank you for your kindness & compassion!
