I am very disappointed with the lack of service at Walgreens. The pharmacy is always understaffed and all the customers waiting in long lines make jokes of how long it always takes to simply pick up exact refills of needed medications. Today I was on hold to talk to the pharmacist , as there were 2 people ahead of me I had to wait a long time. Then when it was finally my turn to talk to the pharmacist the Walgreens phone system dropped my call. I have written this review while waiting for the pharmacist to hopefully pick up my call. So far it has taken over 25 minutes of my time just to talk to the pharmacy/ pharmacist. If this keeps up I will change to another pharmacy.

I've been here several times and find that everyone working here tries to be friendly and helpful. There is a drive through pharmacy which is nice if you don't want to park, however, there is a huge and easy to use parking lot as well. My biggest complaint about this store, is that the wait can be VERY long to pick up meds. I've only gone inside to pick up my meds. I have received vaccines here and they were easy and pain free. I like that they have a curtained private area to receive these injections. There is a very small FEDEX inside here if you need to return or send a package. There are two kiosks to make Christmas cards at a reasonable price. The store is small, and goods are limited.

Berlinda was extremely rude, will never return to this location. Berlinda likes to discriminate and when I called her manager to discuss this, she was just as useless. It's like they both shared 1 braincell. Berlinda likes to make her own rules when providing service to customers. I witnessed Berlinda have a nice cheery demeanor with the translucent lady in front of me, the lady happened to purchase the same thing I was purchasing. I don't know maybe because it's flu season? When it was my turn Berlinda decides to cop an attitude and demands to see my ID for flu medicine?? Excuses me since when? And why only me? Needless to say I left & made my way to my usual Walgreens where I was sold the medicine my kid needed with no hesitation or harassment. I asked that friendly cashier what the rules were on flu medicine? She stated that they are only to ID card people that they feel will misuse the medication. I literally LOL'd. Berlinda looked like she came to work straight from a halfway house but because I'm a shade darker than her she decides zero in on me. Avoid this Walgreens and head to Rite Aid across the street.

Without a doubt this has to be the worst pharmacy in Laguna Niguel. They tell you one thing on the telephone and then you get there and they tell you something else. The Customer service at this store is the worst that I have ever experienced. The only reason that I go there is because this is what my insurance company recommends. They have a drive-through window and you could wait as much as a half an hour in the drive-through window waiting for someone to take care of you. I am going to call my insurance company as soon as I get home and find out if there's another Pharmacy in the area that takes my insurance plan, this is a shame because this pharmacy is extremely convenient to my house but I have been harassed by them for the past two years and I no longer can take it. If you are looking to do business do yourself a favor do not use this Pharmacy they have zero Customer service.

If you need photos printed, this is the place you've been looking for! They have incredible prices but if you use the Honey extension through Chrome, they've always found me at least a 50% off coupon automatically. These printed photos made a wonderful mother's day gift and all I had to do was come up with creative frame solutions, which I got from mercy warehouse.

This is a review for the pharmacy only - even after filling 3 of the same prescriptions every month, prescribed by same doctor like clockwork every 30 days, I'd walk in and still have trouble filling it. There was always a mistake or I had to explain things as if it was always their first day on the job or I had never filled that prescription before. They also seem understaffed, there's always a long wait.

The Pharmacy staff was a dream. I received a Covid Booster and the Pharmacist gave a terrific shot. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. However, the rest of the store was a MESS. I mailed 2 packages at their FedEx and in the middle of assisting me, the male clerk went to a customer in Photos and began helping him. After over 5 minutes, the customer replied, "She was here first." The clerk said, "She needs more done." I thought, Yes, I do. That is your job. The clerk flagged down another employee and we began again from the beginning, a waste of her time and mine. They never did find the Photos for the extremely polite customer. Later, as I was looking at greeting cards, I watched a male cashier loudly chastise a customer in line waiting his turn. The customer was silent. The cashier kept going on and on. He and I made eye contact and he finally stopped. This cashier was very rude and out of line with his behavior. Walgreens in Town Center, Laguna Niguel is a chaotic place that needs a strong Manager to rehire, but leave the Pharmacy as is. I won't go back!

I went to Walgreens to purchase a gift card and a birthday card.The teller told me that I needed cash to purchase the gift card.That I couldn't use a Visa card to purchase a gift Visa card.I told her I've purchased these card before with my credit card.I asked her to get the store manager.He came and the teller told him to verify what she told me "You need cash to purchase a gift card right?Swayed by what the teller told her and to keep from embarassing her the store manager agreed.Both incompetent employees.The Walgreens Store is in Laguna Niguel right across the street from city hall.

No customer service whatsoever at the drive up window. Multiple times I've sat outside without so much as a "one moment please". Zero acknowledgment of my presence .... Even after pushing the call button.

Pharmacy is sooo slow and they never pick up the phone. Worst pharmacy.the phone system tells you that you and behind other callers in a queue and then when it's your turn it just rings and rings until it hangs up on you. Doubt they even answer the phone

Wish I could give Walgreens pharmacy located at 30192 Towne Center Drive in Laguna Niguel a rating under the one star because that is what they deserve! We have been in a dispute since last Friday regarding my husband's insulin refill. The pharmacy keeps saying he dosen't have a refill even after our primary care physician originally issued a 5 refill prescription and he has only used 2 of them. He called again todayon Monday, November 7th to get his insulin and was again told the same thing, NO refills. My husband called our primary care physician again today to reconfirm the refill status and it was the same, refills are available. He was also told by the pharmacy that they have a lot of other customers and guess my husband's many calls since Friday, that he should not have had to be making in the first place was bothering them. I understand there are many others out there in need of prescriptions so we are obviously not at all important since they have so many other customers. I just stupidly believed diabetics needed their insulin and it is clear now that that Walgreens does not take diabetics who are in need of their insulin seriously! Stay far away from this pharmacy and only wished we had not chosen Walgreens.

I called Walgreens yesterday to refill a prescription and received a message that they couldn't answer the phone due to a blizzard. Unbelievable!! I called another local Walgreens to see if I could refill my prescription there. The pharmacist said no, and I would have to call the Walgreens that currently holds my prescription. I told her I couldn't because there was a message that they couldn't answer the phone due to a blizzard. She told me to drive there, end of the conversation.I called the "blizzard" Walgreens again today, only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. Guess what happened next? They disconnected my call.Stay away from this pharmacy.

I was here two weeks ago to get my Covid and flu shots. They told me on the phone I would be able to get both. When they checked my insurance in the store, they said I can't get my flu shot so now I had to wait two weeks to get my flu shot. My boyfriend was recently told by Walgreens on the phone that he could get both also. His insurance, which is different than mine, he was assured he could get both as well. Now he cannot because they don't take it. Someone needs to fix this Walgreen's system and everything in here is way over priced. I would never have used this place if I hadn't had a choice. They were the only pharmacy that had Pfizer locally. Be aware that they bait and switch you and you must wait two weeks between shots if you don't get them at the same time.

Worst pharmacy EVER! I'm 44 years old, work my butt off, and have a family to care for... the last thing I need is some newly graduated pharmacist to lecture me in a demeaning way about my medications that were prescribed by a MEDICAL DOCTOR! Just fill my meds in time and I'll be on my way. I ain't got time for this! On top of that, the pharmacist made a disparaging comment about my wife and marriage today... WTF, how does this guy have a job?!?! I'm never going to a Walgreens again! I advise everyone to do the same! Hopefully management wakes up and hires employees with common sense and manners!
