First off I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over two decades now. This used to be a very good branch with excellent customer service. Since they remodeled the interior this branch has underperformed in every way. If you want to actually make any transition besides using an ATM good luck with that. On 2 separate occasions I went inside and they said they could not perform basic banking services like depositing checks or withdrawing money. This branch needs new management badly.

This branch does not have enough staff to serve the local market needs. If you need to make changes to your account you need to see a banker. There's maybe one banker a day available and often on lunch or leaves early. By far the worst bank to deal with.

I don't usually give banks reviews because it's not fair for the bankers to get bad reviews because of Wells. Fargo's past law suits. It should be separate. I love this branch because even under construction they are still operating full speed.I love the greeting and the tellers are very very attending.The bankers are on top of their toes at all times. I've been there quite a few times.Thanks for hiring the best.

It's just terrible service. Wait an hour in teller line every time. They don't care if the line is out the door.

Lousy service. They never answer the phone and their voice mail still blames Covid. I'll be taking my money out of there b/c these folks don't want to work.

Not enough tellers. Lot of people standing around not working the teller stations while there is a long customer line.

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Ibrahim Al-Arnous II. He was thoughtful and patient. He explained the services to me and went beyond his call of duty when he notarized. scannned and emailed my documents. it was a pleasure dealing with someone as professional as him. He is truly an asset to Wells Fargo.

BEWARE: This WF Branch Manager is a rude and unprofessional business woman. She displays an arrogant and negative attitude that is reflected by the entire staff. Their lack of concern for customers receiving proper service is appalling. Take your business to another branch to avoid losing time and money because of their mistakes.

This is the worth branch manager that I ever seen on Friday 2/12, she was not polite at all and she didn't even call me back when I left my phone number. She always on the phone looks like for nothing.

This rating for the bank tellers only. No complaint regarding bank itself. Went in to speak to a banker regarding easy question. FYI person in front of me had no appt and no other people waiting. The lady was extremely unfriendly and not helpful /- bordering rude like she did not want to be bothered. Furthermore she had her information wrong as I had this situation before regarding credits on a old card so I know how procedure works. She so infuriated me since she was not willing to help I left. Left a message with manager to complain and gave yet to hear back. Must of the bankers have been more than willing to help but thus one needs to get a job not dealing with the public

Sat here for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me with my account. Not acknowledged by one person. Yet there were a few people just standing around. What a joke. I'll bank with chase from now on

These people understand customer service! Yasha treats me like I'm his best friend. I went in today with a problem, he not only solved the problem but he also remembered everything about me and our last conversation which was two and a half months ago. Chelsi the teller, is very very nice and really knows what she is doing. Take your business here.

Sara was the most helpful teller I have ever talked to she walked me through every step of my payments and transfers (I had a lot) and genuinely seemed to care about my questions and concerns. I have always been complacent with Wells Fargo but Sara's service went above and beyond!

The people are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes there's a wait, but most of the time bankers back up the tellers, which is cool. Usually offer up a bottle of h20 to me. Only a 4 because I feel the staff has a high turnover and you don't get to see familiar faces, so they try to get you to open new accounts regularly under their name, which is a turnoff. Drive - up ATM is also convenient.
