Worst service ever! They are always short on staff, but seems like no one cares. They are not even busy but generally don't care about helping customers, they all sit around and push papers around! What happened to customers come first? The worst is the older lady with long black hair who just walks around and avoids the customers, never greets anyone and never offers to help! I'm surprises she's still there. She needs to retire if she hates being there so much.

This is the by far the worst Wells Fargo Branch I've ever been to. The tellers are unfriendly and rude especially the blonde girl. If I request hand counting of MY !!!!!!! Money MY MONEY!! Not yours but MY HARD EARNED MONEY. And you still place it in a counter that doesn't count correctly new bills that stick or any old bills with folds. Just count the damn money. I mean am I walking into a freaking hair salon and asking them to count my money? no I'm walking into my bank and asking them to count money in these young girls these bad attitude, unprofessional little brats give me a hard time mean this is ridiculous that I even have to write a review like this.? Stay away from this branch it's not worth the stress, San Clemente, Wells Fargo branch. The tellers are nice and helpful and none of this nonsense. I've called customer service the 800 number so many times in this branch they can believe some of the stuff I tell them the last time I called him I thought I was exaggerating. When I said I just wanted to the branch and they can print me a temporary check the lady on the phone with Wells Fargo customer service like what the hell were you talking about of course they can but obviously that branch couldn't and guess what I drove over to San Clemente, and got my checks printed in two seconds And went on with my day.

I recently visited this bank. It wasn't crowded and a banker assisted me right away. Les was friendly and kind and helped me solve a small silly problem. He did so with patience and understanding and did not make me feel stupid for not figuring it out myself:-)

So disappointed with the bank manager she is the most uncool person with no compassion.I want my mom and every one we know since we have been living for over forty years in Dana point.I think everyone should change their banks because she is so unfair.

Honestly, I have not had a 5 star experience with everyone but DANIEL VIGAR is such a great banker. Every issue I have had, he has helped me with and followed up after. I am really grateful for such incredible customer support. If you are needing help, I highly recommend Daniel. The customer experience is so important to me. Well done! He needs a raise Wells Fargo!

I needed to do some last minute banking and Jay Musal from the Laguna Niguel branch went above and beyond to work with me. We all know how difficult everything is with COVID, but he could not have been more accommodating, especially given the little amount of time that I had to work with. Even though they are not my local branch, I will definitely go back there the next time that I need to do something in person.

Pretty bad customer service. Not cooperative and makes mistakes. Leaks private information. If you are looking for an efficient and friendly bank, go elsewhere. Another recent bad experience resulted in excess charges that required serious argument. Their investment information and service is horrible. Ignore the fake reviews.

This review is not about this branch, but about Wells Business Checking. When we noticed fradulent activity on a business account from a business we sold about a month prior, we filed a claim. They took 10 days and then denied the claim as I did not file the claim within 24 hours of the transaction, siting a NACHA regulation - WRONG Answer dudes!!! The credit card processor who we never did business with took our money. Not sure how, but illegally took our money and Wells let them, and gave us no recourse. We don't have account numbers or reference numbers on the transactions, as we've never done business with the vendor. Wells needs to take responsibility. I'm taking action, as all my investments are going to be withdrawn from Wells, as there is no way I can trust them.

After overcharging for about 20 years, we finally got justice by suing Wells Fargo and winning a settlement of $185 million. The local manager at the Golden Lantern, Laguna Niguel office never admitted what he was doing, and I had to call corporate every year to dispute the overcharges. I hope they learned their lesson. this is bank robbery from a different perspective.
