I did exchange my money today. I don't think I counted it wrong but there is no proof. It's $60 missing. She didn't give the receipt at first like others location , I went back to ask for it. Then I feel like there is still something wrong I went back to ask her again. She refused it. I did exchange with other locations many times, never have any problem. I don't mean to accuse anybody. However I don't want to take the chance again with this branch.

I wanted to have a living trust notarized, and they told me that I had to make an appointment on line. It was free if you had a account. I couldn’t make a an appointment on line because it was stating that I didn’t need have the right Pin, or password. The person that spoke to me told me sorry! I went to schools First and I paid ten dollars. Wells Fargo needs to take better care of their customers..

This bank has the worst customer service out of any service, institution, company, or industry... ever. Followed very closely by Cox.The managers in almost every branch I've been to lies to your face. Just straight up lies.A while back I had an issue where their customer service dropped the ball in sending me replacement debit cards. I was going out of town and they assured me it would be mailed on time. But it was not. That wasn't the problem...I went to a local branch because I knew they issued temporary debit cards. But I got off work late and got there near closing time. The manager told me they didn't issue temp cards there and sent me to THIS branch... so I did.Upon arriving the manager here told me they didn't do that either... and I realized that the previous manager just wanted me to leave so they can close the bank. Obviously I was angry.It gets worse... the manager at THIS branch doesn't know what the previous manager did, he thought I just came here on my own. And guess what HE did.Yup... he told me to go to the other branch because "They can do it there."It's almost like their reputation is SO shot they don't even care to preserve it anymore.I switched banks less than a week later.

The lack of professionalism here is appalling. They have no respect for your time and lie straight to your face. Don't use this branch for anything but a glorified ATM that's all they are capable of. Drive a few min up the road go to another branch you will thank me later

incredibly frustrated... waited an hour for a banker to see me so I could send a wire. After an hour of waiting, a kind teller came over to check on me and ask me what she could do to help. I told her and she told me that the amount was below the online threshold and I could simply do it on my phone. The "personal banker" never thought to pause for 5 seconds and say anything to me, he just walked back and forth doing paperwork for another client. Take a second and thank me for waiting... tell me something to know I exist. Fast forward a week later and I need to send another much larger wire that must be done in person. I've tried to book an appointment online to this same branch and get a message that no appointments are available. Thinking it may be an on-line glitch (because I know you can wire from this branch), I try calling to speak to someone. 5 calls and same result. Wait and wait but no pickup. I've maintained sizeable accounts and purchased many services from Wells Fargo over a 20 year span. I'm done and will be moving everything (multiple deposit accounts, credit relationships... everything to a different bank as soon as I can.

Not welcoming at all! The branch manager seemed down early in the morning and he was not happy to provide services. No smile, no welcome, nothing that showed respect. I am changing my bank.
