Friendly and knowledgeable service by the manager at the seafood counter and in produce. My service experience with the cashiers and customer service has been very mixed. Today, I was interested in getting a boule from the bakery. I wanted it sliced, but noticed that most customers using the slicer didn't use the gloves provided. (When I worked in catering while in college, one of the students spread bacteria at a wedding reception, causing many guests to get sick. So while it doesn't happen often, it can be serious.) I ended up going to a different grocery store to buy bread. I should also mention that one evening while buying yogurt, there was an employee cleaning the shelves across the aisle. Instead of putting the food on a tray, he put the food on the floor. I have never seen this done at any other grocery store. If WFM wants to increase its business, it needs to do better. Much, much better.

The lines for checkout can be long if you go after work between 3-7 pm and after and before the lines are reasonable. And they go fast. We recently had a problem where we ordered pizza in the app. However that does not get communicated to the pizza department. So if you want a pizza you have to order in person or call. Overall well maintained and well stocked clean and bright store.

Covid scare is over so what is next? If they are going to take Amazon returns then they need to have proper staffing. This has been going on for too long. Are they pretending not to know? "LIKE!" if you have been a victim of the long line!

I decided to swing by this Whole Foods location in search of a fresh cake for pickup. Upon reaching the bakery section, I was pleased to find a full case of cakes available for purchase. The selection looked fresh (at least I hope they were) and diverse, reaffirming that our decision to stop by was a good one. However, I deducted one star from my rating due to the slow service at the bakery. It took quite a while to get the attention of the bakery clerks, and even when we did, it seemed like serving us wasn't their top priority. One of the clerks engaged in conversation with a co-worker instead of attending to us, which was disappointing. Despite the service hiccup, I opted for the Berry Chantilly cake after hearing rave reviews from my co-workers. The store itself appeared well-stocked and clean, and the cake was a hit with our family members. It's safe to say that we'll be returning for this delectable dessert in the future.

Nice to have a Whole Foods so close. Always busy. Generally a good experience. Bought hamburger meat from the deli one time. Red on the outside, brown on the inside. Occasional beggars in the parking lot; guy playing the accordion yesterday. He's a regular, except this time I saw him drive up in his MBZ 550! Wish I could afford one! Needs gas money apparently.

This review is based on my experience with an Amazon return. I hadn't been to this location as I don't shop here...sooo overpriced and the parking lot at this location is a nightmare. I was looking around for the drop off and this guy says to me "Is something wrong, ma'am?" and he looked like he was amused by my confusion. I responded, "nothing's wrong, I'm looking for the Amazon return" and he points to sign. He was very rude, condescending, and when my return was complete he went on to help someone else without letting me know mine was complete. I stood there for a bit before I had to ask and his response made me feel like an idiot. I will never process my Amazon returns here again.

Typically very busy here, except if you go in the morning. The employees at the checkout areas are fast, so don't let the long lines discourage you. Their produce area is always well-kept. Their prepared food section or order to-go section is usually crowded during lunch times. The juice station is a bit slower than other Whole Foods I've been to. There isn't much parking here, as it's shared with the other neighboring shops and restaurants in the shopping center.

To receive a cheaper price, you need to sign on to their WiFi, open the Amazon app and then find the QR code. It is just an unnecessary hassle and they just want you to sign on so they can track you. I avoid this store as much as I can because their prices are also inflated, but their pizza is good. The atmosphere is nice, but I value price and an easy shopping experience more. Costco or Trader Joe's is far superior without question.

Have not post a bad review for awhile. Our family love to shopping at whole foods. On a Sunday night . We waited more than 10 mins for the cheese station. The guy is so busy doing sandwiches and the cheese station. I feel bad for him no one is helping him. And people wait in line after us. Also there are 5 different soup 4 of them are totally empty. We shopped for 30 mins, check the soup often. Before we leave we asked how long the wait for the chicken noodle soup, the answer is the person is on break, it won't be for awhile! So no one is coving him either. I have no words.

My mother in-law just had back surgery, so we decided to order what I thought was going to be a lovely pre-cooked turkey dinner from the Laguna Niguel Whole Foods. I placed my order the first week of November and added extras to round out the meal. We arrived during our scheduled pick-up time and immediately realized things were not going to end well. There were 20-30 people waiting with us and the staff were so very disorganized. When our order came out, it was a mess. They had run out of half of what I ordered and provided the worst substitutions.......3 kinds of white potatoes instead of squash and sweet potatoes, the worst creamed spinach I've ever tasted and some mushy mushroom pastry. It was as if the store had no idea what orders had been placed and were frantically pulling items out of the freezer to get everyone out of the store. When we got home, I realized everything was FROZEN solid! I fully expected to need to reheat things, but EVERYTHING including the stuffing, mashed potatoes and turkey were frozen. We were able to salvage the side dishes, but the turkey never thawed out in time and we ended up having to find something else to eat as a main course. What was supposed to be a stress-free holiday for my mother-in-law who was recovering from surgery ended up being more stressful and time consuming than if we had cooked the meal from scratch. If we wanted frozen, pre-packaged food I would have purchased a Stouffer's frozen meal.....it would definitely tasted better. I logged a complaint via the Whole Foods chat (since they don't have a customer service email) and was told I would receive a refund given the horrible experience. Two weeks later and nothing. Horrible, horrible customer service to top off a dismal Thanksgiving experience. I will never shop at Whole Foods again.

Adrianne at the Pizza Counter was exceptional! I ordered 3 pizzas for a very important gathering. She timed it perfectly so the I could drive to my house and get there just in time to serve hot PIZZA!! My guests said it tasted like the best pizza they ever had! Thanks Adrienne!

Amazing above and beyond service at the juice and coffee bar! They where super friendly for early in the morning:) I mentioned that I have a banana allergy and barista told me she would change gloves and everything f to be cautious! They don't do this for me at any other smoothie place I have been! Smoothie was delicious, I subbed banana for blueberry this is a very cool looking Whole Foods, it has a wooden structure on the outside! Amazon returns are also typically speedy at this location! I made returns while I waited for my smoothie!

This Whole Foods is mediocre, the meat department staff suck in particular. I purchased a whole chicken and asked them to cut it for me, when I got home I only had one chicken leg instead of two in the package. Another incident with the same person: I was looking at the packaged ground beef that was missing the price tag in the refrigerator section. In the WF app I had seen the 90% beef was on sale. I asked the guy if the packaged ground beef was on sale and pointed out the price tag was missing, he said "no, only the bulk ground beef was on sale". I asked if he could check because usually the packages are included but he didn't even want to help or look into it. Very lazy and unhelpful... I had to go stand in the register line for 20 minutes for them to ring up the package and confirm they were in fact on sale. Then I went back to the meat department to pickup more, such a waste of time! Then comes the bakery, which recently you have to slice your own bread!! When you're paying a premium for bakery breads they should be sliced for you. Now you have to stand in another line of ppl that are all trying to slice their own breads. They used to have a good staff here but it's been a while that all those ppl are gone and the new staff really lack in customer service. I drive the longer distance to go to Irvine for a much better experience and better produce as well.

The meet department needs to get its act together. Totally unreliable. Numerous times I have called ahead, was told they had what I wanted, arrived w/10 minutes, and was told by someone else they either sold out an hour earlier, that they never had it, their smoker was broken, or some other lame excuse why I can't get accurate or consistent information from them.
