“Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received prior to finding this store I had gone to 4 other stores all over OC trying to find the right electric cargo bike with the correct fit since I am short in stature it was a little tricky but the owner was so patient and helpful and I was able to find the perfect cargo bike. Even though they don’t normally work on wired e-bikes, he still helped me remove the damaged chain so I could get home using just the throttle. Really friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.”
