“Great place! Had my S6Evo Black Inc serviced a few years ago, and I remembered them when I was researching for a new bike. Glad I went with them! Mike helped me out from an education perspective on options, bike build and etc. He made me comfortable and not pushy as I navigate through my options and also, waiting if I have the finances. He was patient with me. When I was ready, he made the process easy! I’m so happy with the custom build and I can’t wait to ride my new bike!”

“As a short woman in my 40s buying my first electric bike, I went to several bike shops, during the course of many months, to find the perfect one for me, the one that I felt most comfortable with. The service at Doheny Electric Bike was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly attentive, never rushed me, and made me feel completely comfortable asking all my (many!) questions. They took the time to walk me through a. few different models, explain how everything works, and helped me find the perfect fit for my lifestyle and comfort level. I never felt pressured—just genuinely supported. If you’re new to e-bikes or just want a personalized experience, I can’t recommend them enough. I left not only with an amazing bike, but the excitement to ride it. Thank you for making this such a positive experience! And of course I LOVE my bike!”

“Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received prior to finding this store I had gone to 4 other stores all over OC trying to find the right electric cargo bike with the correct fit since I am short in stature it was a little tricky but the owner was so patient and helpful and I was able to find the perfect cargo bike. My family and I loved the customer service so we decided to buy 3 more additional electric bikes. If your looking for a store that has the absolute best customer service and that is knowledgeable this is the store you need to go to. Thank you Danny and George you guys are the best!!!”

“I had a very good experience with Lebel Bicycles, even when shopping from out of town. If you're unsure about doing a remote transaction, these guys will treat you right. The shop owners are very responsive to messages, pack and ship the bike very quickly, and do a great job restoring bikes to like-new condition. When I'm shopping for my next bike, this will be the first place I look!”

“I had my ebike serviced here for the first time since purchase online. No quibbles from the owner even though I didn't buy from them. Excellent service and prompt delivery. It's a good idea to reserve an appointment online to get in the queue. Very friendly people. I needed a shop close to home so I could ride the bike in without a rack on my car. They have my future business for sure.”

“I recently took a fall from my e-bike on a dirt road, which left the gears and chain in bad shape. I stopped by to see if they could help, and Rob was incredibly kind. Even though they don’t normally work on wired e-bikes, he still helped me remove the damaged chain so I could get home using just the throttle. Really friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.”

“Juan was super helpful in lacing my E-Bike conversion hub to a front rim I had bought. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on what spokes I should have to support the weight of the hub. He was fast, although it's a week turnaround for wheel rebuilds, he did mine in 3 days since he knew I was going out of town. I would definitely recommend Cyclepro. Thanks Juan!”
