“Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received prior to finding this store I had gone to 4 other stores all over OC trying to find the right electric cargo bike with the correct fit since I am short in stature it was a little tricky but the owner was so patient and helpful and I was able to find the perfect cargo bike. My family and I loved the customer service so we decided to buy 3 more additional electric bikes. “I really like my bike. I only wrote it once and there was some issues, knowing that the company is rectifying the problem at first it seemed like it was a problem trying to communicate with this company, but came to realize when it comes to customer-service and talking to other places that retail bikes this was excellent service. They were willing to video chat with me. They contacted me through my email and in person on the phone which in this industry speaking of bicycles is very unheard of so five stars to this company ,and I really do like the bike enough to talk them up so much with a local bike company. They would like to become a dealer in the area because they have lots of trikes on their line Which is something that’s not really readily available in Reno Nevada.
In summoning it up Even with a I felt a shaky start to begin with. They really came through for me and if there was a 10 star scale, I would give them 11.”

Even though they don’t normally work on wired e-bikes, he still helped me remove the damaged chain so I could get home using just the throttle. Really friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.”

“LBS can be great; but are a mixed bag as employees come and go - you might end up a repair that falls short. If you want the confidence that comes with going to a bike shop run by professionals who have expertise with high-end bikes and a passion for cycling - and for getting you back out on the road - then Stage 21 is the place to go! Relatively new to tubeless tires on my new Cervelo R5. Clogged valve on my Reserve wheel and needed some help. Mike's expertise and knowledge was quickly on display as he disassembled the valve and explained the issue. Mike even took time to show me the complexity of the valve, its' design, and the cause! Couldn't be happier, or more confident! Couple of bike shops much closer but the team at Stage 21 makes it well worth the drive! Thanks Mike!”
