You know I have a serious upset with this. The original reason I started using this storage unit Was So I can have access to Items I need when I need them.... continuously changing the times of the gate. Here I am trying to get into my storage unit and I'm not allowed to because you guys change the time again! you did this before which really ruined my business. By not giving me late night access. Now I don't have early morning access... and you know what I've been reading my contract I think I should start investigating an attorney at this point this has gotten to ridiculous.... original contract early morning access original contract late night access now that you guys continuously change the time and made it so I no longer can function. And I am forced to move the stuff out of there due to you guys is changing the time. I want it back to the original way it's supposed to be late night access early morning access so when I come back from my long trips or I have an emergency I have to grab something I could do it!

I had a really good experience renting my storage unit, always felt confident my belongings would not be stolen. It is an easy in and out facility, Guy your representative helped me move in and move on seemlessly... Ty

Best place to keep your goodies safe. Code access to the gate, cameras everywhere, all metal and concrete buildings. Fire sprinkler system. All ground level access. Dont waste your time and money on another unsafe storage unit.

Absolute worst place possible to keep your stuff!!! STAY AWAY! The staff is absolutely horrible and very unreliable. Gate rarely works and if you're in a situation where you need to get anything when it's not working you're typically out of luck as the employees are hardly ever there or willing to help. The old lady who works there is so difficult to deal with and so rude! She and the rest of this place is an absolute waste of money. What's the point in storing anything if you can never access it?!? They cut their hours from 10pm to 9pm and now to 7pm! Good luck getting there after work if you ever need anything!!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!
