Lisa welcomed my into the facility for my hearing test. A very warm experience. I was offered water or coffee which I didn't need anything.
AJ came into the lobby and introduced himself, that he would be performing my test.
After finishing my forms and health information that Lisa helped walk me through I went to AJ's office for the test.
AJ was very detailed with his explanation about the test, what to expect and experience during the test, and what the results could look like. I really like the way he presented the information, very clear for my understanding.
In conclusion I had a great experience and they both exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their Laguna Woods facility for any of your hearing health needs.

AJ was great and very informative, he was very through and explain everything and did a extensive test. Explained the result very thoroughly after analysis of my exam. I will recommend them to any one with hearing issue.

I haven't had a hearing test since i was in the 11 grade in high school , now in my 70's thought it might be time to check the ears. I went into this testing with some misgivings as its a hearing aid store. So my first thought was that I believed they would just try to sell me hearing aids no matter what. However to my surprise I was treating to a very professional exam with a very highly personable and trained agent by the name of Nicole. She was great who I would highly recommend.

I just received new Miracle Ear hearing aids after having a thorough exam by Mr Jamali. Ali is very professional and extremely helpful. I'm going on travel, and Ali expedited the purchase in time for my trip. I am very pleased with Miracle Ear hearing aids and hope this new set is equally as good.

I’m a disabled veteran from the state of Illinois and I was having troulbe with my hearing aids so I found Dr.AJ and he was gracious and kind took my hearing aid inspected it and in a few minutes was back with total good results. Great service and wonderful person to know! Hope you read this AJ your a good man!

I am very pleased with Miracle Ear hearing aids.
Mr.Ali Jamali (AJ) is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
He made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the sound I was hearing. His explanation of the hearing aids made me feel very at ease and confident that I was making the right decision.
The follow up meetings make me believe that he really cares about his clients and wants to be sure that they are truly satisfied with their hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Mr.Ali Jamali (AJ) to anyone needing hearing aids.

I've been taking someone to this location for a few years and it's always been a great experience. There's never been any problems, and the staff has always been mindful. AJ is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and knows what questions to ask when troubleshooting a hearing or hearing aid problem. We highly recommend him.

My wife Jyotsna and I are familiar with Miracle Ear hearing aids for long time before Mr. Jamali (AJ) was at Laguna Woods location. After AJ join Miracle Ear our experience change from good to very best. AJ beside being very friendly gentleman he is a professional and very pleasant person to deal with. We are very happy with AJ’s treatment regarding any of our hearing aids problems solving. We highly recommend AJ for professional approach.
