I had been having problems getting my medication for months due to shortages. No other pharmacy helped me like this Rite Aid. The shortages have continued and I have stayed with this pharmacy. They continue to work with me. I may have to wait a little but they always get my medication for me. I have to compliment Steve the pharmacist in particular. He is so kind and caring. Even if I have gotten there shortly before closing he always takes his time with me. Anywhere else people look at the clock and rush you so they can leave on time, but not Steve, he puts the customer first. So glad I found this Rite Aid.

In the Pharmacy , Sheri and Steve and Peter is the best. They bend over backwards to make sure prescriptions are processed as fast as possible. When there is issues with insurance coverage, Sheri is the expert and does the best to get the prescription processed the best way. THANK YOU guys for your 10+ years of service. I strongly suggest you ignore the negative reviews and go into the store and see for yourself. Ive been going here for over 10 years and have had 0 problems, my guess is that the people writing these negative reviews were simply either having a bad day or miserable people in general.

This pharmacy is one of the best I've visited in the area. Julie and Steve are extremely professional, helpful, and really care about your needs. Steve was very detailed in explaining my medication's, how to take them, & when to take them. On top of all that they help you with pricing using goodrx.com whether you have insurance or not. The store is always clean and there's plenty of parking. I highly recommend this store and pharmacy to anyone in the area! Thank you.

I will not be returning to this Rite Aid. The woman, Julie in the pharmacy was very rude and dismissive. I was there to pick up a prescription refill that was suppose to be ready earlier that day. Julie, in the pharmacy said to sit down that my RX needed prior approval from my insurance. I told her I didn’t use my insurance that I use Good RX. She ignored me and walked away. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to explain that I use Good RX, as I did last time. She wouldn’t listen and interrupted me. She said to write it all down for her. I asked her a question and she ignored me again and didn’t answer, then called up the next person in line and continued to ignore me. I waited 30 minutes for my prescription. She left for a break, as she left she said my prescription was ready that I must have not heard them when they called my name. I don’t know how they could have called my name without me hearing them. I was sitting right in front of them and there was no one else In the immediate area. I will find another Rite Aid.

Store #05736 ... the Cashier/Manager #57365889 gave me a very hard time about using a gift card. My transaction ID for my visit was #1903654, register 3, today 1/15/24 at 4:38PM PST. BEFORE this encounter, I had I visited the pharmacy about 18 minutes prior at 4:20, using a $25.00 gift card that my mother had given me. My pharmacy representative was friendly as usual, and my prescription was only $1.43, bringing my gift card balance to $23.57.. they also gave me a coupon to use same day in store for $5.00 off a $20 purchase, so I did. This brought my total to $19.99 after my $5.00 off, which then left my Gift card with a $3.58 balance. The question on the screen prompted me and asked if I would like the remaining of the gift card balance in cash since it was under $5.00. The original cashier was unsure and told me I owed her $1.74 but I told her that was incorrect. She then had to call the manager, who is the woman I am writing about. The manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong, and owed $1.74 even though I told her I still had $3.58 on my gift card. to argue with me in front of a line of people. I stated no, I was correct as I showed her my receipt from the pharmacy. Additionally, she asked me To pay a balance of $1.74 or something and again I told her no, and to re scan everything, this whole ordeal took maybe another ten minutes or so until the manager realized I was correct and she was wrong. She handed me the $3.58 in cash that remained on the gift card after she was still continuing to argue with me. I would like to report this whole situation to corporate as my fiancé was on the phone with me during this ordeal and could hear how unprofessional the cashier's manager was handling the situation. It was embarrassing and it was not the first time I had a poor experience with this cashier.

I just stopped by to get a prescription filled for my Mom. It was closing time and I could tell they had had a long day and were stressed. The pharmacist stepped in and filled 1 of 2 prescriptions (they didn't have the second one) for me even though they were obviously exhausted. Thanks you for helping a worried daughter.

TERRIBLE experience. Brought my very anxious parents here after a long stay at Hoag for complications after open heart surgery. The pharmacy didn't have records of several of the 15 medications that the hospital had called and confirmed for my mother (including insulin for the first time). This led to several hours of wasted time calling to hospital/physician lines to figure out what happened. The associate was EXTREMELY rude to my mom and refusing to look into the missing prescription. Only after 30 minutes of leaving the pharmacy did we get a call that they had found the prescription. When my mother went back to pick up the insulin, they neglected to give her the obvious needles that needed to go with the insulin injector or any instructions about how to inject. My mother was TERRIFIED that she would not be able to inject herself or find someone on short notice that could help her. I eventually found an open CVS and pleaded with them to give my mother some needles so that she could last until tomorrow.

Beyond my expectations. Has the vibe of a neighborhood store, not a big chain store. Was clean. Good variety of items. Friendly, helpful staff. I will come again.

We have been calling this Rite Aid pharmacy to ask about our prescription but the phone did not work. The employee at the pharmacy said the phone has not been working for a couple of weeks! What kind of business has a phone out of order for a couple of weeks?!

My first time in this store. Very clean and bright. I was directed to the product I was looking for by a store associate. The woman at the cashier was very helpful with pricing of the item and purchase. She was so nice, cheerful and smiling. I will be returning to this store regularly.
