How this company has managed to stay in business for this long withoit's long with as many bad reviews as they have they have is beyond my comprehension The technician was never on time the price "d was not the price the price that we were finally charged which was higher but about $300 just so many more little things personal things wouldn't tuck talking to them over the phone that makes you feel like a second class citizen when talking to them as they feel like they are so much better than you.I would say if you can just simply avoid this place

Less than 1 star. Booked golf cart with their rep for 4th of July. Never received their paperwork like they said. Called and left messages 4 times without call back. They can call me 24/7 on my cell at 949-610-9251. Their service sucks. They don't deserve their current 2 star rating! - Christian (ps.. if a rep from the company sees this call me and let's fix it.)

The only helpful person is the receptionist, that's where the good ends. Luis Luis in service is an absolute horror show, promises to produce an estimate of repair within 2-3 days for our client, 16 days later he says he sends it and comes up with an excuse or 2 or 3 and then talks over you and hangs up like a complete AMATEUR! Been in the biz for 20 years representing some of the best insurance carriers in the biz making the carrier, the shop and the owners happy. If only the senior citizens of Laguna Woods were up to date on tech and were able to figure out how bad this place really is,,,, for those of you reading this, take your business somewhere else and avoid clown world! RUN!

I have been renting golf carts from Saddleback Golf Cars for past few years for horse shows that my daughter rides in. They have been the absolute most fantastic people and staff to work with. Always helpful and have been available when I couldn't get a cart from anybody else. Really amazing!!! They come highly recommended...

Saddleback has one of the largest selections of carts and accessories around Southern California. Phil and Luis are very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the parts I need. There pricing is fair and they have lots of items in stock. The quality of their custom builds is great too.

Here is my honest experience from separate visits. Either nobody knows what the carts cost and you can't get a price without Phil the owner (almost all the carts on the showroom floor don't have price listed) or you can't get someone to acknowledge that you are in the store to offer help. Service is a joke. From the "estimates" I got on my first visit, the carts were grossly overpriced. I was told that a cart with no motor, no batteries and needing new wheels was possibly $2k. I was told the owner, would probably price it as such. I truly can't stand businesses that have no integrity and just want to see how much you are willing to spend. My second visit, I spent 30 minutes on the floor and nobody bothered asking me for help. The place was empty. Simply will never recommend and will take my $10k in business elsewhere.

Called a month before the horse show to reserve a golf cart. A polite man took my details and contact Info and told me reservations would call me back. I had no worries at all at the time.When I called back before the event to confirm, an extremely rude lady informed me they were sold out. No apologies, no reason for never calling me back to tell me they were sold out so I could make other arrangements, no alternative offers. She seemed very inconvenienced that I dared to call and ask about my reservation. Zero customer service skills from this lady. I would be embarrassed to employ her.

For the last two summers, while vacationing in Newport Beach, we have rented golf cars from Saddleback and have been very pleased with our experience. Their delivery and pickup service is prompt and efficient. When we had one battery problem, the owner Phil came by the same day to confirm the problem, and Hector replaced the defective battery early the next morning. Luis has been helpful on the telephone answering questions. We believe they have reasonable prices and will call on them again next year.

My parents were talked into a DMV permit they didn't need ($300) then were stuck with an additional bill of more than $350 by Saddleback for the nominal job of filling out the paperwork. Saddleback clearly took advantage of them, over billing them for what was ostensibly a courtesy. It's the type of place that sniffs out where money is available then goes into predatory mode.

They are way overpriced for both new and used carts, guessing they are used to having a captive audience with leisure world next door. Appeared to not really care much about selling a cart to a walk in customer who was ready to buy. Left there, drove 30 minutes and bought a new cart from a very helpful business owner.
