HORRIBLY UNDERSTAFFED CALL CENTERAfter 48 hours dealing with call center, I personally visited the office and was able to make an appointment in person.AVOID CALL CENTER FOR APPT SCHEDULING — VISIT OFFI CE IN PERSON!

Re no, I tried to cancel my appointment.,feeling I was in to much pain to travel.I called to cancel my appointment ,I was told to leave my number so I never got a call back It’s been 40 minutes .In my opinion this organization is more worried about how much money to be made and not how effective their results ,and comfort of their patients . I have to shoulder surgeries here I am still in pain

This review is only geared towards one Xray tech and not the doctors at SCOS or others I didn't interact with. I had great interactions with 2 doctors there. However, this one xray tech bosses people around with her condescending, unhappy approach. No customer service skills or clear communication about what she wants you to do. Good luck if you didn't read her mind, she will make you feel stupid. SCOS management, please talk to her and your staff about how normal human communication should be.

I have been a patient here for years. The doctors are great IF you can get to see them. The phone service and the office staff are THE WORST. When you call there is no way to speak with a human. The most you can do is get off being “on hold” by requesting a callback to schedule an appointment or leave a voice message for other requests and wait for a callback. Do not expect a callback that day or even the next day. Just HORRIBLE customer service.

I have had two successful surgeries here. Dr Graham did my rotator cuff and it was very successful. No more pain and total range of motion. He has an office there .Dr Sharoun Parat uses this place as his surgery facility.He repaired my damaged meniscus. Both Doctors are awesome. The surgical staff was so professional, kind, friendly and caring from the front desk to the nurses and surgical assistants!!!! I’ve had to deal with many other medical offices, and it’s very frustrating sometimes trying to communicate over the phone lately. It’s like that mostly everywhere but luckily they called me and set everything up without any issues. I’ve Recommended this place to lots of family and friends. I’m blessed to have this place close to my home in South Orange County. My wife has also been a patient at SCOS and have the same positive experience.

I have been waiting three months to get my MRI results. My first appointment was in July for a consultation. Told me I need an MRI. Fine, no problem until I called and called the MRI department to get an appointment. It’s now been over a month that I received the MRI. Dr. Montgomery called a month after and said, I don’t remember if I talked to you about my MRI on a voicemail. Called back, they said he would call me again once again called while I was at work and couldn’t answer the phone. I left several text messages and today I am told he is out for a week and won’t return till November. I find this very unprofessional and will not be returning to this office. Yes I am still in PAIN!!!

Anyone who has trouble with this office should just report them to their insurance provider, as well as the Department of Managed Healthcare.The office is very poorly managed and incompetent at best. They make you wait on the line for a ridiculous amount of time (multiple calls have clocked 20 minutes), before anyone even answers. I have placed several phone calls to their office, requesting to speak with their Practice Manager, Dawn O'Conner. I have left voicemails on her private machine, and have sent several emails to the office, regarding a serious privacy matter, and attempting to request my own medical records. The office/Dawn is intentionally ignoring me, and will not provide me with the personal records I am requesting. As a result, the physicians who own the practice, i.e. Dawn's boss, will have to answer to the Department of Managed Healthcare and the Medical Board of California, because I have been put in the position to file complaints against them. All because office management decided they would rather not return a phone call, and ignore my request for records.

Dr, David Molho is a very concerned doctor..I know he is new but so thorough and personable. I sent him a new client and he was impressed with Dr. Molho also. A keeper!

Terrible service, love Dr Moscow and wanted to have a procedure done by him but after consult with his assistant no call back, left repeated messages and no one will return calls.

Horrible service making appointments. No one responds and no one answers. Put on hold for more than half hour. Too much delay in making appointments. Then they ask to text and they send a link to fill out a lengthy form when already a patient. Too much time wasted. Absolutely horrible service now.

If you like to make 2-3 phone calls each waiting a minimum of 50 min and not really get any where this is the orthopedic company for you being put on hold over and over after waiting one hour.. this is how they run their business

Tried booking an appointment by phone and took 20mins to get to someone then the phone went dead. Then on the phone another 20mins and finally got someone who then took 10mins and finally said they don't take Cigna PPO ? Go somewhere else, they are very poorly organized.

This facility is absolutely the worst I have ever received service from. No one ever returns a call for RX. I cannot sign up on their portal. I want to be able to access my records, MRI. Unbelievable this place is no help to me!! Every time I call , message say high volume call at this time. Same messages what ever time I call. I left a message over 2 weeks ago, no return call. I then had to contact my PCP for the RX dr. Arash was supposed to provide after we spoke over a month now! He never did.
