Her items tend to be on the nicer end and a few dollars more than other resale stores.”

“Who would have thought this gem was in Old Town Tustin? It's funny because with their name "Rasta Cowboy", you just figure the owner should have dreadlocks (which he doesn't). The store reminds me of the great old used and new record stores of the old days (anyone remember Music Market in Costa Mesa)? Eclectic but excellent selection of items. The owner, Tom, has a good knack for bringing in albums you would want to buy yourself. The prices are very fair - some downright cheap. By the way, he does buy old albums in good condition. Bring them in and he'll let you know what he would like to buy and give you immediate payment. We were able to sell off a large number of 70s and 80s music for a fair price.”

I discovered one day when I had dropped off somethings, a man was there, picking up the items the store did not need or want. He was taking them to another place where he said they are checked and sent over seas where needed.”

“I had been a customer of home consignment center in Aliso Viejo since the early 90s. It was like going through a museum. Everything was very well arranged, and the prices were very good. Both my mother and myself had sold things there and we're very satisfied. Last year I did business with the home consignment center in Savi Ranch. While smaller, it was just as well set up. I sold some furniture there, and was very happy with the outcome. Would gladly do business with any home, consignment center when I have a house to decorate.”

“Have been coming to Crossroads Trading for 5+ years. Here are some things I've noticed recently, A lot of the styles that they are buying up are now circa 90's early 2000's clothing and as much as that is the trend *right now*, people or at least I personally don't want to purchase clothing that are priced the same as they were 15 years ago. These types of clothing should be donated to your local goodwill where you can buy said pieces for $4-8 not $25-35. I really like coming to Crossroads because there are a lot of second hand designer items and higher quality items that I could get for a reasonable price. Unfortunately I see a decline in that and more of the 2003 juicy couture tracksuits, and jeans that look like they've been worn to oblivion but are on the racks just because they are low rise. A second thing that deters me from buying designer items from Crossroads is the uneasiness about replicas. They claim to have a really good authentication process but unfortunately these days fakes are so well made that for peace of mind you sometimes want to buy something and take it to get authenticated which I think everyone should be able to do. The problem is that Crossroads does not do money back but store credit which means you can hypothetically get stuck with the item or a store credit which doesn't really make the customer feel good. That's why it's important when shopping here to leave with something you are 100% sure about that way you don't have buyers remorse. Moving on to all of the employees who work here, they are all so nice. From the probably hundreds of times I've come to shop here I have always had the best interactions with the reps who work at this location. The store itself is maintained well, always clean and often pretty busy. The shoe selection has been so so at least for my specific shoe size but that's the beauty of consignment stores, they are always getting new product in. All in all, this location in my opinion is the best that I've been to just because of the selection of designer and high quality items, I just hope that it stays closer to what has been in the past than where it currently is which is similar to the costa mesa Crossroads where all the items are overpriced and overly vintage”
