“This is the only jewelry store you will need. My story might be a bit unique in that Brian and his staff made 3 different rings for me. Each one was absolutely beautiful. I worked with Brian and I must say that he has the patience and calmness of a saint! I was looking for a lab grown stone. Specifically the cushion shape. Brian used his resources and found 2 gorgeous stones, with cut being of the utmost importance. Each one had a perfect cut, colorless, eye clean clarity. Brian made sure of this. I began with a 2.56 ct, and decided I wanted to go larger. But, I made the error of thinking that I would want the radiant shape. Brian found a stunning radiant stone, but that night I knew that it wasn't right for my hand, but the stone was STUNNING. I was worried that Brian would be upset that I had changed my mind, but after getting his text reply (yes he was texting with me), he put my mind at ease. He wasn't upset at all. Just wanted me to be happy. Whew!!! I told Brian that I really just wanted my original ring (square cushion w/halo), just larger. Brian came through with a gorgeous 4 ct cushion, all proper square measurements, and a new halo. My new ring is WOW AND WOW!!!!! Brian listens, is patient, caring, calm, attentive, accommodating. He wants his customer to be happy. Every person at the store when I was there knew him; trusted him; enjoyed talking with him. He makes you feel good!!!! And his staff is just lovely. Polite, kind, patient, respectful, friendly. GO SEE BRIAN IN LAGUNA NIGUEL.”

A couple of years ago, I saw a watch in a magazine, and fell in love with it. My son-in-law spoke to David Rubel, the owner, and asked him if he could find one. Well, it was a really special watch, and they made this model one at a time. It was probably close to a year, but he was able to get a new one, and I'm wearing it as I write this. Someone saw it before I picked it up, and they weren't able to get another one, as they stopped making it. It was amazing that they got this one for me. It was only due to their persistence.I was just there this week, to pick out two pendants on chains for my granddaughters. I always try to buy local and it certainly pays off. Just go have a look. They are so nice and no pressure to buy something.”

“Booked an appointment online and got my tragus pierced. Logan and Rose were super, super helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate how they explain everything along the way, definitely helps ease the nerves. Studio was super clean and super cute. Loved the jewelry selection as well. Appointments are complimentary, they provide a little card with aftercare information and a reminder to come in for your complimentary check up in a month. Also bought a saline spray.
