It is wonderful and most convenient having a Post Office in the community. Best of all it’s a person you deal with not a machine. The times it is busy, other Post Offices are too.

Always weeds paint chip stucco falling apart parking lot all cracked up. This place is really dirty for being a government office it should be nice with flowers and nice decor. And there's a guy there Indian guy there's a real jerk very rude

How in the world Google can list this as a normal post office I do not know. PRIVATE community that they will not let anyone in the post office.

I should've read the reviews before driving here, but every PO in the area has less than three stars so who would've guessed? This is a private community Post Office. The woman at the gate was extremely kind and helpful to find the public PO.Google, fix this. Update the name of the listing on Maps, or remove the listing altogether. The poor gate person had a stack of printed slips with directions to the public PO at the ready--this probably happens to them 20+ times a day, and I'm sure not everyone is friendly about being turned away.Edit: If you're reading this and, like me, you were turned away at the gate, please go to the listing on Maps and click, "Suggest an Edit." There is an option to "Remove this Address" on the grounds that it is not open to the public. If enough people report this error, maybe Google will fix this mistake.

No access to public.
Staff at gate are very friendly and provided a slip with the directions to the nearest USPS.

Whoever has been delivering mail to CDS 302 in Laguna Woods is dropping a whole lot of mail in the wrong mail boxes. Sorry I don't have photos as the mail we got in error I immediately distributed to the correct addresses...two different, and a piece of mail we have been waiting for was dropped off to us today from a neighbor. I do not believe this is our regular mail person. There have been several subs lately. Thank you.

This is only for people who have a pass to enter the community. Ample parking makes this location quite nice. Usually there's only a couple employees available so sometimes there's a long wait, but during less busy times it's pretty quick.
