Wow! My eye brows looks amazing.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for the past 15 years and have gone to a handful of places and this is by far one of the best places I have gone to.
Great friendly customer service. Also, the hours are great.
I recommended my mother-in-law and she also loves it.

I’ve been going here for 8 years but recently the quality of their work hasn’t been good. Went in today and my skin was cut, my eyebrows were left uneven, and came home to plucking left over hairs that they weren’t able to get.

Second time getting my brows done here; Was recommend by a family member. I like my brows thick and the way Zia cleans them up makes them look thicker (I requested this). She’s so talented and leaves me feeling like a million bucks, I literally had compliments on my brows after.
Also, the inside of the place is very pretty.

Had eyebrow threading today and had to constantly tell the lady where hair needed to be removed! $13 for a clean up, I will not be returning to this location.

I can’t recommend their services enough! Zia truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I’m someone who is very particular about my eyebrows, so when I first visited, I was extremely nervous about the whole process. However, I was in desperate need of getting my brows done, and this place being just 3 minutes from my home made it very convenient.
From the moment I walked in, Zia took the time to talk with me and listen to all of my concerns. She could tell I was apprehensive, so she made sure to explain every step of the process in great detail, which instantly put me at ease. Her patience and willingness to walk me through everything really stood out to me. The end result? Incredible eyebrows! I walked out of there feeling confident and so happy with how they turned out.
But what makes Zia truly special is not just her talent; it’s also her dedication to her clients and the support she offers to the community. She’s not just a fantastic brow artist, but also someone who genuinely cares about her clients and small local businesses. The entire experience with Zia was amazing from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my brows.
If you’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also provides a warm, welcoming, and supportive experience, I highly recommend Zia. You won’t be disappointed!

I am an extremely patient person, but this is now my third time going and having a problem here. The first time, I was completely ignored for a long time until I decided to ask for service. The second time I had to wait for over an hour and had to let people ahead because of a big confusion they had. Today, I walked in with only one customer being checked out already, waited several minutes ( I was thinking they were setting up), only to get asked to wait for them to go to lunch break. I'm starting to believe that the quality of their service and treatment to their clientele goes based off the person's looks, age, and race. Will no longer be returning.

They cut my eyelid, at this Zia Threading place in the toro road (plaza valencia). I will never return. bad service.

Unhappy service Lady was rude even shrugged her shoulders, when I simply said she did my eyebrows way to thin. Overly plucked eyebrows are from the 90s !!! No regrets or apology.

I usually love the results here and the ladies are great, but I asked for a LITTLE clean up, and my brows are WAY too thin now. I'm upset.

My daughter and I have been coming here for years but lately it is so hard to get in without waiting for 30-60 minutes. Not sure if they need more people at the peak times! I ended up going somewhere else when I walked in and they had 2 woman working and 8 people waiting besides the ones in the chair. It's great they are busy but maybe add more thread specialist!

Disappointed. I've been coming to various Zia locations for the last 10 years because I love the quality of the work done by the ladies that work at each location. That said, I am confused about the store hours. Online it says 7:30. But if you walk in at 6:45 they tell you no more walk in's and we close at 7. If you in fact close at 7 and the last walk in you are willing to accept is before 6:45 you should indicate that online and on your website. It's misleading for customers to say you are open until 7:30 when your own staff says you aren't. Needless to say I came at 6:45 and am walking out with nothing being done. Better luck next time.

Understaffed and outdated interior, wall paper literally hanging off the walls. The ladies that are working are understandably agitated, tired and grumpy. Expect to wait at least an hour. Use to be a great place years ago.

Absolutely horrible. I had symmetrical eyebrows before coming here for the first time. I got them done and this lady had threaded at a downward angle on the start of my eyebrow making it shorter than the other eyebrow. Horrible.
