“I've used Direct Express several times. This latest trip was the best experience yet. The driver made extra effort to get close to my location, was courteous, and his truck didn't break down like the last guy (who had my car stranded for three weeks....). I will continue to use DirectExpress Auto Transport.”

769 Center Blvd, Fairfax CA 94930
“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“Had a issue with FedEx tracking which stated my package had not been received. Marc at Postal Annex was eventually able to track the package and showed it had been delivered the previous day. Very professional and helpful”

“Great small town Post Office. Housed in an old train station, it's the hub of town and you'll eventually run into anyone you know while there. The staff are helpful and kind. We all know the USPS has it's problems, but they do right if you give them half a chance.”

926a Diablo Ave, Novato CA 94947
“I've received nothing but excellent service here, whether to mail locally, internationally, print, get packaging materials. The owners are very helpful, careful, and pleasant. I've come here to mail packages to different locations, and they're able to help package the items and figure out the best way to get there, especially if international. Sometimes the line is quite long, but it moves quickly. I'd definitely go back again.”

“I don't use use the post office much, but when I have a choice, I use the Terra Linda Station. Not only is this the closest post office to me, but (most of the time) the lines are short, and the employees are friendly and helpful.”

773 Center Boulevard, Fairfax CA 94930
“Postmaster Judy Bartlett went out of her way to correct an error made by San Anselmo post office, and Nicoletta is always very helpful whenever I go into the Fairfax office. Huge improvement to prior experiences with some previous employees, and antithesis of the San Anselmo office, which is terribly hostile and continually incompetent.”

“I’ve had a very positive experience in this post office. The staff were friendly, professional and very time efficient. There was a small line and people were coming in after me. I was mentally prepared to be stuck there for 15+ mins waiting in a line, but it took me less than 5 mins to send out documents that I’ve packed there as well. I highly recommend this post office, just communicate clearly what kind of service you are looking for.”
