Went and got my daughter’s ears pierced today and the lady who helped us was amazing. Very nice and professional. Super sweet with my daughter and did a great job piercing. Fast and easy.

We do a Mountain kids toy drive every year and this year I went to Claire’s to support our local businesses . The sales clerk was so helpful and nice and helped me for over an hour picking out stuff ❤️

Beautiful location with great and love most of the stores there, but I sure wish they would do something about their turnover and attract more long-term business. The Village has so much potential, but the vacancies and ongoing rent hikes really diminish the customer experience. We love the annual boat show, Grapevine, The Grill, Belgian Waffle restaurant, the Pendleton store and summer concerts. Looking forward to the Lake Arrowhead Village being a full 5 star experience in the years to come.

A small village with a lake view to walk around and feed the duck. We did the boat trip around the lake and was thrilled with the services of the captain Mr Craig, we will definitely visit this place again, next year

DYING AND DEPRESSING. What a major disappointment. This place used to be fun years ago, but no more. Wanted to spend the afternoon browsing the shops, but half of them are out of business. Lots of empty storefronts with "For Lease" signs. Lollipop Park was run down with brown weeds instead of landscaping, and garbage left caught up in the weeds near the few kiddie rides that were operational. To add to the misery, we visited on a Monday, and to our surprise most of the restaurants are closed on Mondays. The few restaurants that were open were mostly super-expensive and with horrible Yelp reviews. We wound up going to the grocery store and making a sandwich for dinner due to the lack of options. If you're coming to visit primarily to enjoy the village, don't. Especially on a Monday. We see no reason to ever go back.

This shopping center is a nice area to walk around, get souvenirs, window shop and feed the ducks. There is public restrooms and plenty of parking at the time we were here. Some restaurants have a terrace view of the lake.

A fun place to walk around for the day, but don't expect any special shops . You will find basic outlet shops that have mediocre quality clothing. The best place to stop for dinner is The Grill -- fantastic food. That will be your highlight of the day along with views of the lake. Otherwise, you will get bored pretty quickly at this Village.

A great little village to walk around in and shop or just hang out and feed squirrels and duckies. That being said BE NICE TO THEM AND RESPECT THEM!!!! Anyways I have been coming here since I was a child and it's still so breathtaking everytime I come.

This is a small village compared to Big Bear. It's convenient that there's parking available in a structure. There's a few shops and diversions available. There is a small park playground for the kids and carnival rides. It's a beautiful village where you can walk along the lake and watch the ducks. I didn't do much shopping or dining here but it looks like there's a few activities to do. I was able to enjoy walking around, window shop, and explore the areas.

Cute little shops to walk around and buy some souvenirs to take back home. Grab a bite to eat or drink a cold one with the lake view. Great way to spend a few hours during the day. Parking structure is open 24 hours.

I just love the rustic feel of this town! Was bored driving on the 18 and decided to sightsee a little. Well, I'm glad I did, because the scenery is beautiful! The rustic feel of the town is so aesthetic, and the people are very nice as well. The lake itself looks clean, and the shopping areas look well presented. Just bring a jacket or two if you're coming during the winter months!

Very charming place. You get absolutely beautiful views of the lake. There is something for everyone - restaurants/food/shopping for adults, playground, small rides, duck feeding, and lollipop train for the kiddos. I'm sure there is more to it, but that's basically what we did on our visit. I would love to return and spend the better part of a day here, very worth the drive from LA area.

Beautiful place, great for a nice walk on the lake shore ,shopping and dining. The village has many mom and pop shops as well as small stores, boutiques, restaurants and things to do ( like the queen boat tour). In the back of the village is the lollipop park it's a small amusement park with a carousel, go carts, mini golf, baby ferris wheel right by the lake.

We were a little disappointed today we went up to Lake Arrowhead instead of Big Bear Village to see if we could do some Christmas shopping but there is only a few stores that sell clothes and not much of a choice for places to eat either. There is a McDonalds a sushi place which is fine with us but they weren't open yet in the late afternoon? and a little Mexican restaurant but it looks like a run down bar so we skipped having a meal there and drove over to Big Bear Village.
