I was having a horrible anxiety attack and decided to go ask the pharmacist for advice on what vitamin supplement I could take to relieve my anxiety. I don’t know her name but I just wanted to say thank you. The magnesium was a huge help. 🙂

Again, exemplary customer service ??Employees are very knowledgeable about deals, and perks of signing up to be a member.The pharmacists have been helpful when problems arise or if we solicit advice about new or existing things.Would be great if we had vitamin specialists available for helping customers pick out vitamins.Not sure how this would work but vitamins and lifestyle diet are so important-

I have being shopping at the CVC Lake Arrowhead since it opened. Last evening was just another time when I was so very pleased that CVC came to our area. I came in to purchase some items that my wife needed. When I asked for guidance to where these items would be, Angie (?) walked with me to the aisle, gave me advice that I wasn't aware of about the products, and even showed me how to save on the group of things I eventually bought!! My wife was pleased with what I had purchase, thanks to Angie from CVC! Ya just can't ask for more than this.

Came in for allergy medicine, eye drops, and some gifts. Found the gifts, no problem, allergy medicine easy as well. Eye drops were stocked in 2 different areas. While reviewing the small selection, I audibley mentioned to my wife, they don't have a specific tilype I need. The nice staff lady stocking shelves heard me and pointed me to a huge area of eye drops. There they were, what I needed. We thanked her, and she wished us an amazing day. Is it the air up here? Everyone in this store is so nice. We did self checkout, and once completed, we were thank and wished another great day. Parking is hit, and miss, it depends on the time of day and events happening.

This is the best CVS I've ever been to! Every employee we've interacted with has been genuinely helpful, kind, and down to earth, and that's saying a lot because we go to them frequently so my gf can use the 18 coupons she receives with each purchase. The store just has a good vibe!

Excellent experience thanks to Mallory! She was super patient, nice and kind. This girl deserve a reward! We need more people like her in this country. She was ready to serve every single customer who crossed the business door. Positive attitude, she wasn't watching her phone or loosing company time. Old school American worker, old school customer service.

Family and I just moved to the mountain.Girlfriend got pneumonia first week here so needed prescription filled. Soon as I walked in the CVS I was pleasantly greeted.... as I was being checked out at the pharmacy the pharmacist made sure there were NO adverse reaction due to allergies and went above and beyond. There were insurance issues since we just moved from another state but they were persistent on making sure everything was covered at the lowest cost to us. They also made sure we were able to get a few covid test for future possible illnesses.What a great feeling leaving this establishment. This is why the mountain has such an amazing reputation for being so hospitable. Thank you all again.

CVS in Lake Arrowhead, CA was a horrible experience! They filled all my prescriptions and my mothers at different times. When I called to ask when my prescription would be ready, the girl got so frustrated with me that she hung up on me. I changed over to Rite Aid in Blue Jay and they had all our medication ready in an hour! Rite Aid continues to fill our meds on the same day with no problem and their people are so nice. CVS needs better training.
