We booked but noticed we booked the wrong dates, tried to change the dates. When we called no one answered, but when it was answered...no one spoke and was just hung up.
Don't waste your time on this place!!!!!!

We read all the reviews before we booked and still had an amazingly romantic time. The room was a bit small but very charming. You can tell they put a lot of love in the grounds and decorations. We wanted something quirky and enchanting and boy does this place deliver. We will definitely be booking all our stays at the Fluer de Lac.

Stayed for two nights and it was great! Isy is super cool and on top of it. The photos of the place don’t do it justice.
This place is a very cute euro inspired spot and its lived-in which adds to its charm.
We really enjoyed our stay here!

Bespoke Euro-style Chalet feels like your in your own little world. The Great Room is a full DIY kitchen and elegantly styled sitting room that is yours to use when staying. You can literally see Lake Arrowhead Village, walk there in a hot second.

One of the most romantic hideaway places you may find in Lake arrowhead host were eccentric, but in a great way when it comes to united detail, you couldn’t find a better place. Enjoy your time here. Let yourself be romantically wast away to a time before you couldn’t afford to get away.

The photos of this place do not do it justice. My girlfriend and I got to spend the night in a beautiful split level room located in one of the spires. The location is adjacent to nearly everything you could want to do in town. We were out so much we didn’t even get to enjoy the common room which actually looked like a lot of fun. We are definitely coming back.

It’s actually not too bad. The owner has hearing issues so you’ll need to speak slower and louder. But he’s nice. The room was clean and well maintained for the most part, bed is soft, shower works well. BUT the owners need to work on the furnishing and interior designing. The room doesn’t give an European vibe, they just stacked a bunch of old stuff on top of each other and called it European style. They can easily charge double the price if they just work a little bit on that. The place naturally gives out a haunted vibe without needing silly fluffy spiders or fake skeletons. If you’re into these type of stuff definitely consider spending the night here.

We rented the wine cellar for three nights, and while the location offered an incredible view and comfortable beds with good TV amenities, I was quite dissatisfied with many aspects of our stay.
Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the room was dusty, particularly the bed stands, and spiderwebs were present throughout. I discovered six cellar spiders in the shower and numerous others in the corners of the room. Despite the manager's claim that she had used an entire can of bug spray, the presence of so many spiders was concerning. Additionally, there was dirt on the floor, giving the impression that the room had not been cleaned for several days.
The bathroom blinds were broken, leaving no effective way to block the window, which compromised our privacy. Furthermore, the individuals who checked us in lived above us, and during the night, we could hear their conversations and footsteps, which made it difficult to sleep. Lastly, the door locks for the bathroom and the rooms were not functioning properly.
Overall, while the view was stunning and the location convenient with Lake Arrowhead just three minutes away and offering great restaurants and stores, the accommodations left much to be desired.

As a solo female traveler, I felt viscerally unsafe here. Immediately when I arrived, my gut told me something was off. I ended up leaving, finding another place to stay, and then returning my key the next morning like I'd stayed the night.

Nice room and the management was great. Roscoe was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I'd say is they need to get a thermostat for the rooms. We had to call to have them turn up the heat and then down. The temperature was too hot during the night but I didn't want to bug him again. Other than that. We brought our dog and it worked out very well.

It was a quick one night stay. We got the smallest room and it was very cozy. We had to open the windows because it was actually somewhat very warm without the heater on in mid January. I enjoyed the good, quiet sleep. The shower was very spacious. The bed very cozy. We did not have a fridge in our room. Only thing I was upset about was that the pillows did not have pillow protectors, perhaps it was just our room. If you're looking for a very economical/ cozy stay I recommend this place. Wifi/ TV/ heater and microwave available. ?

This place is run by a very nice older gentleman who is very hard of hearing and could use a little more help caring for the place. Sadly we were not pleased, the room wasn't as well kept as advertised, the grounds were slightly inconvenient with hauling luggage up and down slippery steps. Parking is hidden behind the venue. The communal room wasn't well kept either. Upon arriving we were told to get cash as they had issues running the card. My son (8) who is usually very tolerate of rugged settings (we camp alot) refused to sleep in the bed as he said it smelled weird (he wants me to iterate it is on the dirty side). We would have gone elsewhere but we were exhausted from the day & they have a no refund policy. Again, Ross means well, but he needs more help running and cleaning the place. ** it has the ability to be great, but in Dec 2023 it wasn't.
