I usually love this place, good food, a variety of items and friendly staff. Unfortunately after making a phone call to see if I could speak to a team member there. I was very rudely told that they didn't take messages for anyone. Understandable, store policy must be protected and enforce, what I don't understand is why the associate that picked up the phone needed to be insensitive and rude. I was interrupted by Ms. Don aggressively saying"No! we don't do that. We are a grocery store! We don't do that!" A simple "unfortunately we are unable to to fulfill that request due to the nature of our call policy." Would have sufficed. I still think this place is a good stop to go to, but the customer service may need a little help.

Overpriced, as are all the grocery stores up here. Don't give me the nonsense about the cost to have deliveries to the mountain. If I can go down the hill buy the identical item and factoring in gas and my time it is still less expensive to take 20 minutes and run down the hill.

It’s weird that there’s no soda cooler in the register area. And no original Mountain Dew. Other than that it’s alright. The prices are to be expected with a mountain town.

It's a nice store and the staff is very friendly bakery and meat counter are really good.. very attractive.

Hands down one of the best bakeries on the mountain. It also helps they have a Starbucks inside. Everyone is nice and their deli has a variety of offerings. Expect to pay more than stater bros. That just means that it’s less crowded, so if you’re in a time pinch this is your best bet.
There’s enough parking that you will be able to access the front door from anywhere you park.

Very $$$. The deli food is bad. Often I feel ignored by staff, or they are rude. They will have to fix a lot fast since a discount grocery is going in next door.

Work ethics suck for many employees. Very slow and lazy most of time. Today, there was a shopping cart in the parking stall near the front. A young lazy male employee saw it was in my way. He was well within reach of pulling cart out of the slot and putting it in the cart line inside. He looked at me, the truck and the cart. I even said thank you then he quickly turned away and went inside as I told him, "don't worry, I'm happy to do YOUR JOB FOR YOU. He then picked up his pace.Many times in the deli, they ignore those waiting to be served. Not even a, "I'll be right with you" They're about as fast as molasses on Christmes eve.I'd rather wait extra time with a few employees than to wait due to enough lazy ones.

The store has a very good selection of items. Some things are a little on the higher side as pricing goes, but you don't have to go down the hill. All in all, it's a good store.
