Each time my doctor calls in a prescription, even after waiting until the next day, they won't have it ready until an hour after I go in and ask for it. Then they will tell me to come back in an hour as though they haven't made any attempt to fill the prescription yet. This has happened every time I go in for refills.

Joann is Amazing!!! She went above beyond to help me even though it was crazy busy! Best Rite Aid ever! I would never get service like this at CVS.
