Every time I come here. They tell me my prescriptions will be ready in a few minutes I end up waiting for over an hour. Just tell the truth!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! THEY CANNOT KEEP A PRESCRIPTION FILLED BECAUSE THEY CANNOT ORDER ANYTHING!
FILLING CHAPTER 11 AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AS THEY CANNOT COMPLETE ORDERS!!!!
EMPLOYEES THERE ARE RUDE AND REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONES HEALTH ..

They never answer their phones....the automated crock of shit never works.... if you actually get someone to answer, they put you on hold before you can say anything and they will leave you on hold for 15 mins. Can't say if it was long because I had driven there, waited in line and then spoke to them while still on hold and just hung up.

Horrible service. My husband tried picking up my prescription they said they didn't fill it due to high co pay and they needed our approval, but they would not give him a total so how could we approve it. So I tried calling them while he waited since I'm very ill and can't come get it myself and the lady that answed the phone placed me on hold for over and hour. Didn't apologize for the wait. By this time my husband picked me up and brought me in and the lady at the counter (Ana) was so rude to me when I asked why my medication couldn't be filled and all it was is she had the wrong insurance. She never asked my husband for my card or information. It seems that they really don't care about the patient at all.

I'm giving one star for the 5 star female employee who seems to be the only person running this place. The rest of it is a dumpster fire. They haven't restocked many basic items in one year.
They keep lying and saying things are getting cleared up with corporate, and inventory is on the way, but I highly doubt that.
Admit the truth you troglodytes, the store is going under.

Each time my doctor calls in a prescription, even after waiting until the next day, they won't have it ready until an hour after I go in and ask for it. Then they will tell me to come back in an hour as though they haven't made any attempt to fill the prescription yet. This has happened every time I go in for refills.

This is my favorite store but they are pushing away by keeping the store empty. I know it has to do with bankruptcy but this is not helping have nothing but beer.

This morning I went to the ER for a second time because my pharmacy couldn’t get their act together and denied my medication. Thankfully, my ER Doctor is a rockstar and got mad at Rite Aid, gave me the medication I needed, and sent it to a better pharmacy whom filled it with no issue.
Thanks for the constant pain and 2nd ER trip at 3 am this morning Rite Aid

I am F/T resident of Lake Arrowhead. Never when I enter and start looking for items (in stock or otherwise) is there ever anyone to help locate or ask any questions about stock?
An ON-GOING issue of the FEMALE panhandlers who sit on the seat/bench out in front of the store IS GETTING OLD AND VERY INTRUSIVE!
REMOVE THE BENCH, as there is NO need for it so that mountain residents and shopper's can come/go in peace. PANHANDLING is illegal in California.
"Panhandling, commonly known as confrontational begging or soliciting for alms, is prohibited by law in California. The objective of this legislation is to address situations involving direct and persistent solicitation, which may include approaches that encompass elements of intimidation, harassment, or threats."
TAKE ACTION, we are tired of it and many are now shopping at CVS!
NO, I'm not going to call/email Rite Aide customer service to duplicate my concerns.
DO YOUR JOB AT THE STORE LEVEL.

Pharmacy staff here are polite, lying, see you en tees! You can add incompetent to the list! Worst Pharmacy experience I've had ever from using many different Pharmacy chains all over the West Coast! Never going back!
