“Took my daughter here to look around and spend girls day out. She had fun till she got to the slot machine and her money was taken. We went to try and get her money back from security but they said those game machines are not owned by the mall. Please save your money. These people are ripping people off by keeping their money and not giving your kids the toy inside. Shame on them!”
“Their are only three stores at the Highland Center. A nail shop, Metro PCS, and Food4less. The Food4less is a great store with excellent produce, bakery, and good service.”
“Rosa Maria's, carls,Arrowhead and Albertsons, are great. But Goodwill is so over priced it is disrespectful to people who are looking for needed items at reasonable prices. They have many items available at the 99c store, dollar tree, etc. And they are priced at 3.00 and higher. What a shame, I walked out and will not return.”
“Good sized strip mall.Contains Walmart super store, ross, Aldi, subway, Game stop, Burger King, Starbucks, Applebee's, and that's just to name a few.Definitely something for everyone.Has ample parking and a few spots to grub and shop.”
“Cute little store that has a lot of clothing & other items with bears on them. Very rustic bear themed items which I think we can all agree we love seeing that especially in the mountains. Prices were reasonable to high because of the specialty items you won't find anywhere nearby especially in California but it was very doable. The older lady that helped us was very sweet and helpful. Definitely worth a looksy if you're visiting up there.”

“I entered this program on 4/18/25, and I spent 31 days here, successfully completing the program. This place was my saving grace, and gave me a second chance in life. I lost my kids due to drugs, and because of GHW, I was able to get on the right track back to having them home with me again. Gibson House for Women gave me my life back! My counselor, Danielle, was and will always be my angel. She had my back from day 1, and was always on top of things. All of the counselors are amazing - they all really do care and most have been down the same roads so they know what you're going through. I was housed with 30 other woman here, and every single one of them became my sober sisters - the most incredible group of women I've ever met iny life. We all had each other to lean on during those times of hardship, and comfort was always there. This place truly is magical, and I can't thank GHW, and the women I went through treatment with enough for everything they've done for me. It was a miracle I ended up here, and the program wasn't exactly easy, but I needed their strict structure at the time, and am so grateful for it. My advice to anyone reading this is STICK WITH IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE REWARDS IN THE END. Don't let anyone take you out of character and destroy the peace you so much deserve.

“We went there and celebrated the 4th of July. Awesome time. However there's not much beach access on Arrowhead so it can be pretty crowded but not too bad. Best to experience with a boat if you have that access.”
