Long time customer, I’ve checked out the area for better pricing and service and these guys are top notch. They have a lot of long term renters and they take care of their customers, they have a popular special pay in advance 5 months and the 6th month is free which makes things affordable.

Super responsiveness to questions. Extra patient and helpful when we needed to make a last minute change to our truck reservation. Cleanest rental truck I've ever seen. Great start to our move!

I was able to get a storage unit fast, easy and at a great price. The facility has great security. It's also a plus ou can get a U-Haul right on site.

Best Climate Control Storage. In Van Nuys. Been renting here for years. They have different size units and there’s always air circulation in the hallways . My unit itself isn’t hot at all.. it’s always fresh when I’m taking things to my storage. Lol especially when you get hot from moving stuff in and out . It’s a relief to be Inside.The employees keep the facility very cleaning .They also do have a restroom but it’s only open during the office business hours. I believe they close at 4 pm.The gates to get in and out of the facility close at 7 pm. I’ve been stuck inside the gates past 7 pm. Trust me - you don’t want to be stuck- YOUR CODE WONT WORK! LolIf I’m unsure I’ll unpack my car inside - take it to my unit - then park my car outside the gate , but In front of the facility.The only downer is that they’re closed on major holidays . So if that’s your only day off to go take things to the storage you’re screwed . LolOnce again,, very clean.
