The head Indian pharmacist is awful! They filled my telehealth prescription last month for the first time but when my doctor sent a refill, the head pharmacist suddenly changed her policy and refused to fill it. Treated me like a drug addict and nearly interrupted my therapy. Very reckless. When I asked her why it was filled the first time, she admitted that she broke company policy. I think she should be fired! Horrible experience here, feel bad for the other people who work here, they seemed nice the first and only time I got to go here!

The pharmacy sucks at communicating.ordered a refill and she calls me 2 weeks later to pick up my prescription but I switch to target because they have better service on refills. I only had this one because rite aid transfer me here since it’s closing

I’m very disappointed with the pharmacy here my medication got transferred because the rite aid pharmacy closed in my area i was supposed to pick up my medicine i received text twice when i called the pharmacist ask me to come at 8pm although the pharmacy closed at 8 and I had no idea they should not lie to people if prescription isn’t ready just ask to call next day

I am between insurance policies right(do my my being covered by Medicare now), and having to use Good Rx to get all my mantainance medications. I'm on lifetime pain management,heart, blood pressure, diabetes,and sleep disorder medications. Right at the beginning the staff informed me one of my medications might be an issue because it was a controlled substance. This location and staff went out of their way to make sure that I not only got all my medications,but that it got it in an extremely timely manner due to the fact I would be out of everything in a few days. I highly recommend this location and wonderful staff to everyone.

This is the worst pharmacy around! The pharmacy is supposed to notify me when my brand of medicine changes because it can affect my health right away. They neverlet me know. I've asked over and over and have been told that my account says to be notified if there is any change of medicine. At least 4 times they have not done this. It can be very dangerous and even deadly for me, yet this pharmacy doesn't seem to care.

I asked this pharmacy to transfer my moms prescriptions from her old pharmacy to Albertsons, twice I called and have I yet to have them transfer them. Called them to say don't bother that I was going to a different pharmacy and all they said was OK goodbye. Terrible service.

So grateful for the managers here!! Greg, Johnny, and Valerie! I am one of the few customers who suffers from underlying health issues that cause me not to wear a face covering or mask, and the staff here is very kind in respecting that! I am very fortunate to find a place that does not judge you or have a staff that gives u snarky comments or stares. Every staff member in this store is truly Amazing, and friendly! Big thanks to Albertsons for standing in the GAP to ensure, protect , and accommodate all of its customers!

Extremely great customer servies. I needed formula today and decided to stop here on my way home. It isn't my normal store I shop for formula so I asked the first employee how to I buy formula here. Sometimes they are locked up and sometimes they are in the aisle. This employee explained they are locked up but went out of his way to find the keys and get me my cans of formula. He was very kind and professional. This will be my go-to place to stop for formula from now on.
