The lady working had her kids there. Usually it’s not a problem but her kids were a NIGHTMARE. Running around barefoot with their feet black with dirt. Popsicles running down their hands while they touch almost everything in the store. The tried jumping into the fridge with the ice cream and we’re screaming up and down the store. If you’re going to bring your kids to work at least watch them and make sure they aren’t causing havoc. Parents like that make it harder for others to bring their kids to work.

If i can leave no stars i would. The man at the register looked not only like an a****** but acted like one. And on top of that it was very unsanitary in there... i know for me i don't eat gas station food but they had a goat inside of the store. i wish i was joking when i said that.

When the fat guy that work at nights bathrooms never open, by law they have to be open. he is rude, and like to blast his music all loud can’t even hear when speaks to you. pumps floor is always dirty worst thing is that you call on all of that and is like talking to the wall also he make you wait when he is smoking out side which can’t be leaving the register alone so if he can leave store alone to smoke he can leave it to clean around the pumps

We wanted to get some gas and go to the bathroom. The lady upfront said I was not allowed to use the bathroom when I was already half way in. So we didn’t end up getting what we were hoping for and took our business else where

My vehicle overheated so I pulled over and shut off my engine. My coolant level was low, so I went inside to buy some coolant. I can't start my engine and drive anywhere until I at least top off my coolant and see if there are any other cooling system problems. When I went to the cashier to pay, she said debit only. I have two perfectly good credit cards with lots of available credit on both of them. She would not take either of my credit cards. What kind of gas station in the United States of America refuses to accept two perfectly good credit cards from an American financial institution in the 21st century? Also, they don't sell premixed 50/50 coolant. you're supposed to mix their coolant with distilled water. They have tons of different kinds of drinking water, but they don't sell any distilled water at all. WTF?! So now I have to walk someplace else if I want to to find premixed coolant. Screw this place. They charge you a fee every time you use your debit card at Arco/AM PM. I just don't happen to have my debit card on me.

I stopped in tonight around 9pm I had my yorkie puppy in my arms I started walking to get a soda and the guy MARCO was at the cash register and he said with a very rude tone.... take the dog out of the store now if he isn't a service dog and if you don't show me his tag I will call the cops. I turned around and said you know you are always rude when I come in here he said oh well. The first time I stopped in he was very rude I just thought he was having a bad day but to tonight was the 2nd time he came across rude. He does not have good customer service skills so with that being said you lost a customer. Marco needs some more customer service training. Because I give him a 0 in customer service and his attitude. And I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow to complain.

This Arco has a great car wash with brushes that actually clean your car. It is clean inside also right near the on/off ramp off the 15 fwy Nichols ramp.
