Four years ago when we went in and got our phones this place was good. Today my wife and son went in to see if they could get some help with his phone. Just a little help was all they wanted. Marco did everything but help them. First off he didn't even look at the phone. He just said, "it can't be fixed. Need a new one". My wife explained we have insurance on the phone. Then he proceeded to tell her the deductible was much higher than what it is. Didn't even take the time to look it up. Went straight into saying he can get my son a new phone all we have to do is add a line and pay the tax. We don't need another line. Why do we need to pay for another line while my son's current line sits unused and we still have to pay for that??? Doesn't make any sense. Is Marco a prime example of what AT&T stands for these days? Are all the current employees at this particular AT&T all so unwilling to help their loyal customers when we walk in looking for a little help. Heck, he could have pretended to look through the settings and then said there is nothing he could do. Learn how to play the game Marco if you're just going to be an unhelpful employee solely interested in making an unnecessary sale. For anyone reading this review, if you go in as for someone else of MARCO is the one assisting you. Thanks for nothing Marco. You represent AT&T and you epically FAILED. Shame too, because I'm planning on getting a new phone soon. I'll be sure to pass along to everyone your name and how unhelpful you were. Just a little advice. If you dislike your job, you should probably look for another one.

If I can give a zero star I would. Let’s start with how this place does not give you information correctly. They tell you one thing and next thing you know you’re bill is high because they added things. Marcos was absolutely bad at explaining things. He messed up my whole account! Since it’s this store is not corporate customer service can’t do anything. The manager here was absolutely rude. If you don’t like working there or don’t like customer service then don’t work with customer service. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at this store not other store or provider has ever done this type of dirty work. Please always call the AT&T and make sure it’s a corporate store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL. Trust me!

Double check everything they do to your bill. I upgraded a line and they added the Next plan and insurance without even asking. Had to call corporate to get it cancelled.

Had to get a new phone, dee help me get a new Samsung galaxy s23 and I traded my old Samsung galaxy s21 5g in. This new one works great. I know every one want a apple I Phone , I'm still android.

Info I logged in when I first became a customer (I believe this restock info was 2018-2021ish, so definitely check to make sure what the info is today) 14 Days to return; $35 restocking fee On my last visit for an iPhone upgrade to the 15, I tried the trade-in option for the first time with my older iPhone 11. I need to trade-in more often. I received the best trade-in value and I was advised to do the same with my older iPhones I've just held onto in the past. With how well the conditions are that I keep my phones, it's definitely worth getting the credit applied to newer purchases even if it's just an accessory or two. Francisco is super helpful and so nice. Thank you so much for your help, Francisco. He was very knowledgeable too and took the time to show me some of the features on the iPhone. I appreciated their time and helpfulness.

Went in to replace my Wifey’s phone April/May 2023. Was helped by employee Rishad D. Employee asked for account verification and wrote down information. Went back in September for an issue with phone and found out that two weeks prior on Aug 25th. Rishad “sold” 2 phones 3 AirPods and added 2 lines l on my account. The person that he “sold” them too conveniently had all the information needed to add to my account. The same information I had given him and he wrote down 4 months prior. Do not shop here! They stole my information. Management did not want to give me footage of video transactions and they were unhelpful in resolving anything. I called AT&T customer service and they also said they could do nothing about it being that they had my information. Now I’m stuck paying for all these devices and extra lines.

Do not let Marco assist you. I was back in the store 4 times in the same evening and the issue was non-resolved. Obviously he was not the person for problem solving and certainly not for customer service.

The service at this stores was the most horrible I have ever experienced. They lied saying I had the Apple Watch 9. Then when I went back to return due working the Manager accused me of lying telling me there's no way for him to verify this he watch won't hold a charge. He said it's probably because you have the cheap watch. I asked him why I don't have the 9 when that's what his worker told me I was getting. Then after waiting for an hour and a half while the manager went to help everyone that came after me. He informed me that he did not have the same watch. Which obviously he didn't listen I was sold a watch I did not want. He said there was nothing he could do. I told him issue me a refund and that this stores customers service was horrible. I told him that I will bring back my phone and cancel everything ATT since they cannot take care of customers. He said go ahead. What a shitty answer I have had ATT for over 20 years. When I called ATT she informed me not to go to these stores to only go to corporate stores there is one in the Temecula Mall. Buyer Beware they will scam you for everything you have! Do not visit this store from the manager down they are not in a position they should be in customer service. This is just part of my experience I shall continue with my journey at a corporate store.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE...The below is from the California Towntalk dated October 26,2023. "A resident reported on October 25, 2023, at 21:00, an incident that occurred at the AT&T Store in the Lake Elsinore area. According to the resident, in April/May 2023, they visited the store to replace their phone and were assisted by an employee named Rishad D. Their account verification information was requested and noted down. The resident returned to the store in September after experiencing issues with their phone. It was discovered then that two weeks prior, on August 25th, 2023, 2 phones and 3 AirPods were added to their account, and 2 additional lines were also included. It came out that Rishad allegedly carried out this suspicious activity. The person to whom the items were 'sold' had all the necessary account information, identical to what the resident provided four months earlier. According to the resident, the treatment from the store's management was unhelpful, with refusal to provide video transaction footage. The resident's appeal to ATT's customer service did not yield any satisfactory resolution; they were left bearing the costs for the usurped devices and extra lines."

Five Star plus is the overall rating that I give the Manager Cisco and the other employees at the AT&T Store in Lake Elsinore, CA. I was there in July and again in October 2023. I am blessed to have had Cisco help me both times activating and setting up my phones. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, so patient, and the kindest, most customer caring person I have met in an AT&T Store. I highly recommend this store, Cisco, the Manager and his employees. Thank you again for an excellent, thorough, and superb job in setting up my phones. I am impressed; keep up the excellent work.
