Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any automotive supply store in the entire country. My wife and I had our Motorhome breaks lockup just south of LA, CA. When every auto parts store couldn't even look up the parts I needed, AutoAid came to the rescue by sourcing them and having them in my hands in less than 24hrs. The experience the employees behind the counter had was unbelievable. Almost all were 20+ years in the business and it showed. This place has the power of a big chain store with the hospitality of a mom and pop shop. I rarely leave reviews. Auto Aid is the only place to go within a 300 mile radius of Lake Elsinore, California.

I just stared going here recently after finding out they stocked Liqui Moly. They're very polite and knowledgeable. Quick to help and reliable. Every time I called I was able to get what I needed sorted out like knowing what is stocked and priced or hours. Make sure if you're looking for something to bring a part number to make it easier for them and speed up the process. Staff is very friendly and I'll definitely be a regular. 10/10 recommend.

Best parts store in Elsinore as far as I'm concerned. Very good prices on good quality parts that last. The sales staff know what there doing and don't ask "what year and model" if you ask for 16lb closed system radiator cap, or whatever. I'd rather buy something from them with a year warranty that will last ten years then get something from those other places with a lifetime warranty that need replacing every year or two, for higher prices. I was a NASE general mechanic for almost 20 years, before I got my chemical engineering degree witch I've retired from as well now. Give them a try if you never have you'll be pleasantly surprised.
