Holy crap, never did a 180 on a business that came recommended so quickly. Recently purchased a new vehicle and was looking to have a Borla system installed. Called, and the guy that picked up was beyond rude. "Yeah I know you are calling for an estimate, estimate on what?" Rude. I explained hey, I'm sorry based off that interaction I'm not interested any longer. "Ok whatever." I suggest going elsewhere.

Brought my BMW here several years back and wanted to go back to them to have my Honda done. Horrible experience this time around. The guy who answers the phones is unprofessional and very disorganized. I tried to set up an appointment in-store, but he rushed me out the door and told me to call. I wasn’t going to come back after that experience, but I figured I give them another chance. I came back again the following week before they opened and the guy took down my phone number because they were too busy and said he would call me. However, I received no call-back. Don’t get me wrong, they do great work for a reasonable price but I refuse to give my money to a business with bad customer service. I’d rather pay more and be treated with respect. ✌?
