Shopping at Big Lots online is a crap shoot at best as they have a failed system for accurate inventory. My time is important to me, so when I make an online purchase, I expect it!! BIG LOTS, it's a simple solution - if you don't have the inventory, don't allow the order. That's how every other business operates!!! I'm done with you wasting my time as most of your products are cheaper on Amazon anyway!

I like shopping here but ALWAYS only one cashier open no matter how many customers are waiting in line. Good deals but best to have patience if you shop here.
