The Canyon Hills Elsinore location continues to drop the ball. Incompetent management all the way down. Poor follow up and working knowledge of their processes procedures and product portfolio is at an all time low. This falls squarely on the site manager. As soon as I get my ducks aligned I'm pulling out all my investments cash reserves savings and checking. Location isn't the only priority

Don't go to this branch they give out information on people having accounts!!!! All she did was go in and say she was related to me and looked up my name and told her I had and account with chase. All because they new who she was so just cause someone is your regular doesn't mean your supposed to give them any information out on them

They won't return your call for 2 days and they don't want to help. Bank elswhere. This branch is never busy, the staff is great as long as you don't have to deal with Patti, she is worthless.

I always come in here to do wire transfers and things of that nature. Everyone there has always been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Pathetic excuse of a financial institution with $119 BILLION DOLLARS in profit but they are too cheap to keep up the neighborhood beauty and value. The shopping center used to be beautiful and only in front of the Chase Bank all of the grasses dead and the Palm trees are hanging with Franz touching the ground. The place looks like a complete dump and is an eyesore not only to our city but our community of homes. Is absolutely pathetic!!

I am appalled by the way I was treated by Karla Martinez one of the supervisors. She has the worst attitude and is very disrespectful to her customers. She was extremely rude to me when I asked her to elaborate on why they couldn't cash a chase check for me when I have a Chase checking account. She started bobbing her head back-and-forth and rolling her eyes. I truly did not expect to get treated in such a Horrible manner especially by one of the supervisors. If this is how Chase Treats their customers we will be closing our accounts ASAP! I think They need to teach this woman a little bit more about customer for service and have her go through a training on respect. I understand we all have bad days but I felt completely attacked. God doesn't like ugly Karla so I will definitely be praying for you and your hateful heart!

if you lose your debit card they do not give you a new debit card right then and there , other banks like navy federal do!! they take FOREVER to send you a new card too!

DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE IF YOU REQUIRE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT The staff are as helpful as they can be. Ginger helped me, she did all she could do and I could see how terrible she felt, but there was nothing she could do. Chase Bank froze my business bank account. They did not call me They did not email me It's an active account with over $30k of payroll coming out monthly & over $50k of income being deposited every month via direct deposit from health insurance companies. I have payroll coming up in a few days. My funds are frozen and I did nothing wrong to make that happen. I came in to ask what the problem was- they said they needed to verify my social security card. My card was destroyed in a fire a few weeks ago. Furthermore, my social security card was never requested upon opening the account. I was never aware my social security card was needed- I was not notified in any way. No one ever asked me for it, they just froze my account. I have tons of bounced checks including returned tax payments. Not everyone has a social security card also, so this is extremely discriminatory as well. They wound not accept any other form of identification. What if I didn't have a social security card? They said they will not accept anything else in its place. They said they will hold my money for 10 days and in 10 days they will close the account and mail me my funds. Prior to the 10 days they said they will only allow me to withdraw $10k. My payroll is over $10k. They have a hold on my funds and will not allow me to access them. How will I pay my staff? They are relying on me! This is literally my worst nightmare. How can they restrict my access to my money?? The manager Joe came over after about an hour of frantically asking for access to my funds. He allowed me to withdraw the full balance via cashiers check. I will open a new business bank account with BOA or Wells. I still cannot believe that happened. How crazy..

This is the worst customer service ever!!!!...Black friday...4:15pm...2 tellers....a manager and I don't know what...(while they stood around and shot the shit)...stood in line for at least 13 mi utes....never had such bad CUSTOMER service in the over 6 years I have been banking with Chase....pissed enough to pull my money and go elsewhere!!!!!!

Please READ . I have to say after banking with chase for years I was happy to leave because it has been so awe filled from fees to bad bad bad customer service they seem to not care at all about you. Just see a money sign or so I thought. Michael was my banker I came to him so upset and so frustrated if he was my banker from the beginning I would have never left chase he gets down to business. He will find out the answers you want. To him customer service matters and he will go to battle for you. Thank you Michael so very much for working with me these past few weeks and honestly anyone who needs help at chase go directly to Michael. Thanks again Michael And thanks to the manager at chase you guys really did turn my opinion around

I want to be clear this is not on the bank at this address this complaint is on anybody who has Chase and has had to deal with their fraud account people that work inside the the fraud service I noticed 14.22 dollar fee on my account for an Amazon prime which I am not an Amazon shopper nor do I use prime I may order through Amazon once every 8 9 months when I contacted Chase Bank via the app that we all have I spoke to the first person and explain what was going on she transferred me over to the claim specialist department after being on the phone with this woman for an hour explaining you cannot close down my card my debit card because I have a rental that is linked to that debit card for every Monday they will pull out the rental fees and it was it would be too inconvenient to drive 83 miles to go down and sit down there and wait 5-6 hours 2% them with a new debit card which entails closing out my contract starting a whole new contract with the whole new deposit along with the payment of $202 I stressed it over and over and over again but don't will instead of this woman doing her job which is to tell me okay if you don't allow us to close your debit card down you will then cancel out your claim against Amazon instead at the end of being on the phone arguing with her for one solid hour she informs me that okay within 2 to 3 business days we will credit you back the $14.22 that Amazon try to take but don't worry about it cuz your debit card will not be closed guess what she she closed it anyways I just tried to deposit some money from one app into my bank card that it is linked to now my money is lost in limbo because this crazy woman closed down my my debit cardI strongly suggest to anybody don't ever use Chase Bank if you're with them I know you're having the same issues as I do it's drama with that bank on a constant worst bank in the whole United States is Chase Bank and if I could find a way to give them zero Stars I would but in order to leave this on where people could see how pissed off and how unprofessional the people in the claims department with Chase Bank are I had to give him at least one star but honestly they deserve nothing
