I never had a bad experience with Chase Bank. The staff is always attentive, professional and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait even if you have an appointment and that’s because they are very busy with a client.

The 3 stars is not for the staff. I haven't had enough experience with them to say anything good or bad but the times I have been inside the bank I've never had a problem. The atm machines are extremely slow 🐌. That's my only complaint.

Ok bank for quick things. The exterior of the property is in need for some desperate cleaning. Cobwebs line all of the lighting and underside of the eves. Concrete is heavily stained. Parking lot is in need of a resurfacing.
