Erik was really helpful. I found out my mom has cancer about 2 minutes before I walked into the store so i was really distraught but he was so so nice. You never know what people are doing through so a smile does a long way. Thank you for your smile!

Hello, I would avoid paying hard earned money at this location especially if the corporate office said to use their water. I pay monthly for water because my home does not currently have running water yet as we are having septic tank issues. Elisa one of the managers referred to me as white trailer trash one time when i was getting the water I paid for. then told me she would call the cops on me if i did not stop getting the water I paid for and have them tell me I was not allowed back at this store ever again. after this incident the corporate office told me she was wrong and they would be spe to her supervisor so she would know I was telling the truth. tonight I was getting my water that I paid for even though this chevrons water is free And again she told me I couldn't have my paid for water from their free water, was lying, needed to leave and was calling the cops because it isnt ok to take from other customer. I regularly fill water during the hours it is not busy and no one is awake, which is very inconvient for me as I have to wake up half way through the night. I do this only to not get in the way of chevrons other customers needs and I don't have to for any reason because I am a paying customer for water every one else gets for free. i did nothing wrong and have it broken any rules and am nice to all staff members to constanto the harrassed and have the cops called on me for collecting something I pay for! hope everyone else has a better experience than I do and will likely change my monthly payments to a store that does not treat paying considerate at their own cost customer.

There's a lady that works here that refused to take $12 in quarters from me when I needed fuel. I had to go across the street to the other gas station. I hope the owner sees this review and fires her because she is playing with customers since she is clearly irrationally bitter from her undeniable offensive body language and unprofessional behavior. She refused to give me the phone number of the manager to make a complaint, claiming that she couldn't find the phone number, and in the process she made other customers in line wait on my account. I told her to forget about it because it was embarrassing for everyone that she had zero respect for the customers and not an ounce of professionalism, blatantly wasting everyone's time. She probably thinks I'm stupid if I'm going to believe that she can't find her boss's phone number. If I don't get a reply to this comment from the owner in a timely manner, then I will look deeper into this and find out who the owner is and make sure that they're aware of what kind of knucklehead they got working for them. Also, since this horrible experience, i mentioned this to a couple other people that i know, and they told me that they've been to this same chevron and they know exactly which lady I'm talking about, so she is being unpleasant and disrespectful to everyone all day long apparently, and I'm pretty sure it's because she hates her job and she is bored and likes to entertain herself by messing with the customers, if she gets fired she knows that she will get another crappy job anywhere else, because you can't drop any lower when you're already at the bottom and settled there with disgust.

I don't know why you guys hire the rudest woman to work here. I understand it's a gas station and you have to be tough dealing with different kinds of people but always rude and mean for no reason is lame!!!

3 times I've stopped there all the lights are on , doors locked and can't see anyone inside..on Dec. 20th a guy working on the place was super rude. The owner is either not around or really doesn't care about this business.

DON NOT USE CAR WASH!! Too small for larger vehicles. 10 min per wash. Count number of cars in line to estimate your wait. Not worth in. Drive up central for a better one.

Worst service here. I came to the store at 12/23, 3:30 pm. Simply I just want to know how much point I have in the Chevron gift card. I talked to manger Maria, no one can help check the gift card points. They said they are not able to check. How can I suppose use the Chevron gift card if I don't know how much I have ? Worse service. not recommend

Cashier "Rosie" is always seemingly in a bad mood and very rude. I've been nothing but polite and cordial, yet I've been met with a bad attitude on several occasions.

Never had I been made to feel so uncomfortable. I stopped at this gas station to clean my car windshield and use the restroom. After using the restroom I went up to the cash register and asked for 2 lotto tickets. The cashier (receipt says his name is Fernando) asked to see my I.D. Now, I'm almost 40 years old and have been purchasing lotto tickets for many years. Not once had I ever been carded before. When I asked him if that was a new store policy, all he said was no. He then proceeded to glance at my I.D. then he scanned it with the computer scan gun. After scanning my I.D. he then gave me my 2 lotto tickets and I left. This whole encounter makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Now all of my I.D. info (name, address, b-day, license #, doner info, hair/eye color, hgt/wgt, etc) has been entered into their computer for any employee to look up. I am obviously over 18 and should've never been carded. It's not like I am young looking and buying alcohol. This is actually the first time I've been to this gas station since it's reopened. Never had a problem there before but definitely won't be returning now.

Apparently theres some sort of time limit on a bathroom usage at 2am when my wife was sick and was using the restroom. The female cashier made a comment it's not just for her she took to long and its suppose to be quick for other people to use. Which by the way for a sick female she was very quick as she only used it for about 5 minutes. We travel regularly from AZ to CA and refuel here, get our drinks and snacks here every time we are heading back to Arizona for the past entire year & never a problem. We will not be returning and spending our money here if we are criticized over using a restroom that is there for paying customers! There was no one else waiting for any restroom or any other service, her comment was entirely uncalled for.
