Wow. Just wow Is the one word I would give this customer service. I spoke with a black woman cashier (I didn’t get her name) about some car backing up into me and I wanted to abtain the footage and she told me come back after 12pm because her manager is not here right now (mind you this happened at 7:30 am!!!), I get there at 12:30 mind you I am regular polite customer, come to ask for her manager “Mel” she’s on lunch and will be with me in 5 minutes, i wait for a good 10 minutes and she isn’t there again so I ask for her personal phone number and they claim they don’t know it so I ask for corporate’s number so I can have something done about this and they give me some tacky number to another managers number located in Arizona…I don’t get it! I’m just an 18 year old kid who wants justice for the damage on my car!! Horrible customer service will NEVER fill up here again.

This is the best Chevron in So.Cal in my opinion. I work construction from San Diego to Oxnard, and I've seen a lot of Chevrons in my day to day commutes. This Chevron is the cleanest and friendliest.

It appears this particular chevron is notorious for ripping off patrons. I didn't realize this until my card was duplicated last night after using it at one of their pumps. When I asked the community about this, there was an overwhelming response of similar happenings. Use other gas stations to fill up this is clearly an inside job.

Good price for 91 octane. Surroundings needed some clean up. Bathroom cleaning was all that kept me from giving 5 ⭐

Clean store with friendly staff. I filled up with gas while in town for work and lost my receipt. Called in to see if they could email me a copy and the manager was able to look it up and email it to me while I was on the phone. She was very nice and helpful. Thanks so much you guys rock!

This dude said my bill was fake never even put it through the machine then tried keeping my license expecting me to goto work all the way in San Jacinto and back the next day without it. The worst part is the next day I used the bill at auto zone and they took it with no problem

Don’t ever come here. Horrible attitudes by staff. Almost went into limp mode and needed def.. called to verify they had some, lady at first had no idea what it was, then got frustrated and said no. Well seizing they sell deisel I had to find out. Sure enough as soon as I get there they have a full shelf. and will most likely get your card info stolen. Hadn’t been here for a few years Been like this for years and still nothing changes. Wish I give negative rating

I have been going to this gas station for about a year. I love it's convenience and food mart. But something has changed with the pumps a software update maybe, i dont know. But I can't get them to take my card and pump gas. I went there this morning and had to go inside to pay the cashier to turn on a pump. I tried two different pumps and no go. Screw that. I don't have the time to go and hope their pumps are working. Maybe it's just me but i don't have this problem anywhere else.

Amazing one register open five employees and all they could do was just sit there with eight people in whole line

Tonight on my way home to Los Angeles, I stopped for a drink and gas. I was tired, hot , and thirsty and not the sharpest knife in the block. I said pump 3 but I was at pump 6, it took me a couple of attempts to understand that pump 6 wasn't going to give me gas. I ran back in and told Stephanie I gave wrong pump number, and I was sorry. To make a short story long the guy at pump 3 had pumped his fuel (my fuel) and oddly, was on a out of country phone call and couldn't hang up. To fix my blunder required him to go inside and pay for his fuel so I could get mine. I apologized profusely and he seemed ok. He went in and came out few minutes later I apologized again and we both were about to leave. When he goes back inside for something he came out not happy with the other lady who was working. (I'm sorry I didn't get your name). I'm not clear on what happened but to the awesome ladies working Stephanie and lady who walked out with customer I'm sorry, it was my fault if I hadn't been a dingbat none of that would've happened!Thank you ladies for being super nice no matter what. I'm sorry the man wasn't very kind to you!To the man in white truck I'm sorry I'm a dingbat and caused a mini nightmare for you.I stop specifically at Canyon Hills Chevron every time I've in the are because it's location is awesome easy to get in and out, always clean , stocked , And employees know what good customer service is. I hope the owner/manager knows he has fantastic people working there and appreciates their dedication!
